well, saw your video and I am willing to follow the steps you made. I am having this problem for quite some time and honestly this almost discouraged me from using my cameo 4 pro. Let me try. By the way, a more comprehensive video with demonstrations would really help a lot. If not for your thumbnail, I wouldn't know the problem you are trying to address is the same as mine.
