    Poor result by Kaspersky 😠
    Always felt it's endpoint protection is undercooked compared to home versions
    Well done checkpoint

    For antivirus to be completely disabled by malware is inexcusable. Comodo, Voodoo Cyberlock and SecureAge have never had that issue in any test I've seen.

    Interisting to both use Kaspersky egnine but so diffrent the test, it might be Kaspersky Endpoint its crashed and disabled the AV and the new malware to can disable AV automatic, but yea nice try

    This is not good for Kaspersky because the 1% of the Unknowns can slip in easy and breach the system

      Kaspersky as far as I know but could be wrong

      @@jitechsolutions interesting, missing STOP Ransomware is only possible if Kaspersky was disabled.
      Clearly Kaspersky was crashing bcoz of either some of the malware or its client software was buggy.

    Despite the ransomware's omission, Kaspersky Lab's products remain very good. Well, firstly, in reality there will never be such a huge number of malicious files running. Secondly, I am more than sure that if you run the same missed ransomware on a clean system with KES installed (without running thousands of malicious files in parallel) and all the enabled components (configured by default), it will be easily detected using "System Watcher".

      @XenoD2Do you mean the sandbox? If yes, then Kaspersky Lab products also have a sandbox, its name is "Kaspersky Sandbox". But it needs to be installed separately, if I correctly understood the information from the KES help.

      Kaspersky was not 100% turned on he needed 2 things

    • @Snowwolfow
      @Snowwolfow Год назад

      @XenoD2 the sandbox is a side program not a module in their antivirus products
