This just popped on my feed. I do not cosplay myself and the scene is somewhat foreign to me but i am a long time Fallout player since Fallout 1. This made me smile so much.

I live in Finland and am student right now so no Goodsprings besides NV for the time being. Maybe someday!

Honestly felt like this was rigged. There were so many incredible costumes and props (there's a freaking Securitron and Power Armor!) and the lady with cargo pants and a t-shirt won just because she was doing sign language?
