I have a Quad but have driven the 4 cylinder as well. I ll tell you. This thing is no slouch!! Very quick and responsive. The Quad feels more like a Rottweiler on a short leash!! Both cars are awesome!!

4:40 The brakes feels softer, because it's actually a brake-by-wire system from Continental.
When we brake, we're not creating pressure on the brakes circuit. We're giving electronic signals to the brakes ECU to apply the brakes for us.
So, it's more the position of the brake pedal (...and speed of actuation) that determines the car braking effort. It's normal to feel difference from conventional braking. ...but we easily adapt to it, since the principle ends up being the same: The more pressure we apply, the deeper the brake pedal goes.
EDIT: And braking distance from 60 is 111 ft
    ...same for the Stelvio SUV.

This is on my list along w jag xe and Cadillac ct4 or 5. BMW,MB, and Audi are everywhere and I’m looking for something unique. Price is up there on this alfa and hoping they are more reliable than previous years

Alfas are the best handling vehicles on the road for the money. Beautiful cars too. But they could’ve done better with the refresh. Just headlights??? Really??

Anyone who buys this car knows what they're getting into. Its a coin flip on reliability, but the driving experience is really hard to beat. Ive owned a 2.0 and currently own the V6. And i prefer driving the quad to work over my C8 corvette.

2.0 is reliable no? I know the quad is more fussy

14:35 It's not particularly known for its reliability, because everyone knows they're unreliable. However, that is just what everybody say. Everybody but actual owners.
It's been like that for the past 40 years. Kind of un urban myth that other car company competitors are very thankful for.
...but of course, it doesn't reflect reality as any Alfa Romeo owner could easily confirm.

It’s a nice car. I sold mine in less than 6 months. Zero dealer support when you need repairs. You literally have to fight to get a rental which is going to be thru enterprise and has to be a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep. Glad they finally got rid of the halogen lights. Infotainment system is really laggy. You can see it in the video too. That rear view camera has been like that for years. Not sure why they can’t upgrade it. You can’t see ANYTHING at night. It’s awful. Resale value is also terrible. The drive quality and handling is unmatched however. One of the best hands down.

The Guilia has changed very little since 2016, some lighting changes, but overall the car has been if nothing consistent. The complaints about the infotainment system screen are valid, I do not know why in the 8 years or so on the 8.8" screen they did not use up the entire panel space is beyond me, its kind of an annoyance to be honest. Creature comfort items should never be looked over, seats, AC/heat, and screens are the crux of your commute if you drive one of these. The fact they never resolved that issue is perplexing.
When the stereo is off and the all blacked out panel is very sleek but when you turn it on and have this rectangle just in the middle, just shows a lack of imagination. I get cost and development but hey outsource it if you do not want to do it yourself, have Audi, or BMW work out the ACM and screen work they know what they are doing.
However that aside you can do a lot worse for more money than the Guilia it is the absolute bargain for what you get. I have the Ti sport, all leather, Q4, runs well, rides nice, looks outstanding, just such a good car in the end. By one used like 2 years old with sub 40K on the odometer and you not only will get a great price and not pay for someone elses depreciation but get a good handling car that looks better than almost anything on the road imo
