Diet is major!! Hair skin and nails receive nutrients last if the body feels it needs them more for our organs to function. If the nutrients can't get absorbed well, then we can suffer with breakage and alopecia

I'm on a hair journey and I started wearing wigs to give my hair a break but only for 4-5 days a week. I just started spraying my braids with my water bottle every day before putting the unit on. I'm hoping by keep my hair moisturized with good ole water it'll start to grow again. I'm stuck at shoulder length lol

Ive been staying at just above APL for ever and realized I had to hack off 3-4" due to having too much fun with my blow dryer and no heat Protection etc 😖 I'm trying protective styling for the first time in ages via box braides done myself (last time but will up keep daily moisture and deep conditioning between re braiding and all the other "To Dos"...Also I'm no grammar Nazi but as as slide it stood out **whispers: Environmentally was misspelled 🙈 Please keep the vids going your style is always lovely 💖
