The only time my life is sorted, is when I’m on my boat! I’m new to sailing as only done it for the past 3yrs or so. I’m definitely no expert, but I get by and enjoy my adventures. I can’t wait to retire, just hope I won’t be too old to do this! You’re very lucky to have the time. Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate it.
Nice one Jason👍 could almost feel the breeze!! Just a tip from an old matelot, with the weight of wind you were sailing in and given the amount of heel I recon you could have done with a reef in, it would have made you sail a bit more upright and reduce the amount of weather helm you were getting. You know my friend, I kept thinking I should reef. But somehow the wind doesn"t seem so bad when the sun is out, so I didn"t get around to it as I was soaking up the moment! Also Weymouth and West Bay is on my bucket list of places to sail. Red Admiral will be down your way in the next couple of summers. Love it there. Thanks for dropping by.
This is on the River Medway in Kent. I keep saying that Im going to visit the Crouch and Blackwater, but I"ve not done so yet. When I get to Harwich, I shall be sure to grab some footage. Have heard its a good place to go and within easy reach of my home berth.

Cant tell for sure, but topping lift looks taught. Might help to loosen.
