I really feel bad for Bronny. I can't imagine any of this crap has been enjoyable for him. In fact, i bet he is miserable.

    CC3 & Angel Reese:
1st: They play 2 different positions. The PG position is more like playing QB where the PF in the WNBA is like playing EDGE in football. The assignment is simple.
    2. CC3s shooting droughts are real BUT she makes up for it double digit Assists and just under 10 Defensive Rebounds per game. As a matter of fact, her Defensive Rebounds are just a few shy of Angel Reese's.

I thought maybe this was some kind of Make A Wish thing at first. You know, like Bronny was dying because of his heart issue and his dream was to play in the NBA so his dad, overwrought with grief, moved Heaven and Earth to get Bronny drafted into the NBA before he passes away. Then I remembered the Lakers also hired JJ Redick as their coach so it appears they're just really shitty at running a basketball team.

I think that it is sad that Lebron didn’t encourage his son to go back to USC. Bronny is a great athlete who doesn’t have the experience necessary to utilize it. He is an NBA talent who should have gone back to school . He is a poster child for a kid who could use at least one more year . The fact that his father encouraged him to leave school early for his own legacy is selfish and ill advised regardless if he ultimately makes it in the league or not.

How is 27% from 3, 36% from 2 and 67% from the free throw line not bad? How is less than 5 points and not even 3 assists for a team that didn't even make NIT not bad? He had plenty of opportunities in 25 games to show something and put up very lackluster numbers and performances. And the pac-12 is a pretty weak conference in terms of competition and struggled. Online betting houses are rooting against Reece for ROTY and here’s why. Reece opened up at 33-1 to win and CC was the big favorite offering little value. Everyone has been loading up on Reece just because of that huge value. Angel is now only at 4-1 due to the massive betting on her and her rebounds. If she wins, they’ve stated they will take on “substantial losses”. I took Reece at 10-1 recently for a decent chunk just for the value. I’m a huge CC fan, but Reece winning ROTY won’t hurt my feelings. Wish I would’ve noticed the 33-1 opening. 1k bet and your return is 34k netting 33k. Not bad for what basically could be a coin flip at the end of the season.

The problem with Jason's take on Caitlin's "efficiency" is he is conceptualizing efficiency using the NBA as a reference point. The WNBA is not like that at all. The league average FG% in the NBA last year was 48%. In the WNBA it's 44%. The "Goat" Diana Taurasi has a career FG% of 42.5%.
It's just an inefficient league overall. You have to remember these are below-the-rim players. The only players shooting consistently above 40% are centers and power forwards (i.e., players scoring from within 5 feet of the basket).
You say that you would vote Reese over Clark for Rookie of the Year because Caitlin is inefficiently shooting only 39.1% from the field on the year. Meanwhile, Angel Reese's numbers look even worse in context because as a power-forward she's shooting only 39.7% from the field despite taking the majority of her shot attempts near the basket.
Of Caitlin's shots per game, 66% come from three. Reese has not taken a single three, and only a handful of shots further out than 10-feet, and yet she's only shooting 0.7% better than a point guard,🤣

Anyone that watched both NBA combine games recently would be scratching their heads as to the Bronny James deal. And not because he magically went from 6'4' to 6' 1', but because he simply not good enough to even be close to an NBA roster. Steve Kim continues to kill it - and, he's wearing his jacket, too.

a lot of you all forget that Rob Pelinka was the agent that got Kobe Bryant to the Lakers. There was no way Rob was not going to pass on Bronny. Lakers tradition doesn’t matter when it comes to Rob. If this doesn’t work Rob should hold himself accountable and quit.
