At around 3:55 you can see the Note 10 clearly is doing a better job of image stabilization, unless of course the settings aren't the same. Did you go through both phones to make the settings the same before shooting?

Yes is big different Note 10 it have premium camera and more clearly when you zoom picture, s10 is same camera like S8 and S9. Don't buy S10, worst camera.

I don't think he did. He didn't go throught the better dam which would be 4k60 either or the other lower levels

Both are closely matched tho, but the Note 10 looks brighter ever so slightly
The Note 10 has a more wider aperture why it's a bit brighter and does the HDR better.
