This is like what the local Shakespeare theater troupe, none of whom are drummers, does on nights between D&D games. Intriguing but I need a bit more fire, wine, and danger. They perform with Native Americans at a bunch of their live shows in the US, apparently. If you notice, a lot of the traditional instruments and (presumably) traditional costumes and face paint also resemble historical garb or instruments from other indigenous peoples in various parts of the world. Because if you go back far enough in time, all humans come from the same place, and we share a lot of common aesthetics, due to all being the same species.
