Just bought a lightning yellow a91 Supra in mt with the black and tan interior the car is just superb now waiting for Toyota to come up with a Grmn Supra and il complete my mk5 Supra collection.
I commented on one of your videos before about me putting a deposit down for one of these, and its finally coming in soon. 2024 Auto Supra 3.0 Premium in Absolute Zero with Black Interior. I found one in Oklahoma thats willing to deliver to Cali, it was taking to long for my local dealership to get me one of these. Coming in on 8/15 and it'll be put on a trailer and be on its way to my front door. So excited, I can't wait.

Super cool car, I have the money. Ready to buy one, but I've never in my life paid above MSRP for a new car and I don't want to start now. Also, you used to be able to test drive and look at a few different colors in person. Now the dealerships don't have the cars on the lot, buying a car you've never seen before or sat in is crazy IMO. Wondering if the car market is ever going to go back to normal or if this is it from now own. To me buying a car priced like they are is the same as buying from a scalper, your helping create the problem. If people stuck to not buying above MSRP these dealers wouldnt be pulling the shit they are now.
Keep in mind this is a used vehicle, so in this market they will be going for more vs ordering the car and waiting for it. You can buy a Supra at MSRP, you just have to wait for it. Used car prices are different. I’ve bought two R8’s and my brother bought his gtr from out of state, first time we drove them was after we bought them! It’s really not that crazy. I’d never pay over either, I can wait until it gets delivered vs buying right now.
I work in the car industry. It would be much better to wait until the market starts to get healthier. I've noticed the incentives from manufacturers are terrible as they try to recoup losses from covid.
I agree with you 💯 percent. I am not gonna pay 5k-10k over msrp for nothing. On top of that, the rates are shitty. Who wants to be 20k upside down the day the purchase a car?

I think they were first advertised with 335 but actually were 382 when dyno’Ed. So the next year model they made advertise it to the correct number. Atleast that’s what I was seeing when they were released in 2020. They were coming in at 330-335 wheel which is the 382 crank which is the advertised number.

Yeah I’m the US the 2020 was stated to have 330ish HP. Bust they actually put down 350whp and 400wtq stock. 2021+ got a better exhaust manifold and made about 380 WHP
My brother owns a 23 Supra, you can check out tons of content on it! I don’t do that with dealer vehicles, since we have our own to rip on. Sounds great to us!

It won’t damage anything! Toyota wouldn’t put it there if it would harm anything. It’s no different than normal mode aside from better throttle response.
Older BMW's are pretty unreliable. But since 2020, when Toyota worked with BMW to make this Supra. BMW actually turned around and is now in the top for reliable. Toyota has like a 10% stake in BMW now. And the Supra has been proven to be reliable and one of the best sportscars. As of now the top most reliable cars are Toyota, Lexus and BMW. So modern BMW's are great cars to buy. Older then 2020, I'd avoid. But the B58 motor is just so rock solid and now they are all so good!

Because the Supra engine is underrated. Supra puts about 400 HP to the wheels. Nissan Z puts about 375 to the wheels. Z also weighs 300 pounds more. Supra has much better transmissions and traction control also. Supra is a big step up as a sportscar over the Z.

A91-MT comes in 2 specific colors, had brown interior and red Supra logo. So it's just an appearance package. My brother just bought a manual Premium Supra. Those just get the back interior and black badges and all the standard colors
So my friend just came over yesterday and let me drive his 2023 all black turbo Supra! It was manual! And it said gp or gr on the back! How is his manual without the ugly brown color seats? He got swade and leather seats also
He has the MT-A91 edition. That special edition has the brown interior with alcantara accents. My brother just bought a 2023 manual Supra Premium. Has the normal black leather interior.
Well that would have made it cost a lot more! This engine is very reliable and capable of plenty of power! It’s a great engine for this car! The R&D Toyota would have gone through would have made this a six figure car probably, so we get bmw performance with Toyota reliability in one!

I wouldn’t say $55K is overpriced, have you seen the performance you get from this car! We’ll worth the money. This is a used car however, and prices in them have increased on the used market. You can buy one at MSRP if you want to wait for one to come in.

I always thought they should have never made a 2.0 version and just priced the 3.0 45-50k. That’s more than reasonable. 65k gets you a lightly used m3/4 from 2019 for goodness sake..

@@BrosFOURRSpeed yes I’ve test drove one a while back now. Highly nibble and a fun drive cus of the weight to power ratio but it’s nothing mind blowing. Interior is nothing to brag about the seats are nice other than that it’s a Toyota with a minor bmw touch, infotainment and dash are sub par. Also I personally would need that warranty so the gains don’t mean much plus turbo engine vehicles take tunes better, anyways its a great car and the economy is highly inflated but 60k imo is over priced for that vehicle..

@@christophguti7954 The 2020 model had that, my brother owned one. The manual could still have adaptive cruise, it just won’t be activated under a certain speed, but I haven’t been in a manual yet too see.

I want to drive from point A to point B, and that's it. If I had the money my daily driver would be a cement truck, filled with cement. So when the twenty something year old male is racing then crashes behind me, all I'll feel is maybe a bump? Thinking it's nothing as I drag a flaming wreck behind my cement truck. So now that it has a manual? Will you track or canyon run this person's car? I better see average speeds above at least 85mph in those corners. My average is 92+mph in those canyon corner roads, not long sweeping curves no, I'm talking sharp corners with barely 10 seconds max of max acceleration and that's only like 1 or 2 straights that are like that, the rest are constant turns, so my average of 92+ comes from corners, as 10 seconds of Max acceleration in the supras twin car z4 is only enough for around 110-115mph in my tuned 440whwel 500 torque z4. I have a first year... 330 hp. It's because they only have a 2 pretty exhaust header versus 6. Car still rocks and I'm tuned. Plenty of fun

can somebody explain why this car does 0 to 60 and 1/4 mile faster than a z when a z has more power and they both weight the same ?

What's the difference between this Supra Premium MT vs the Supra A91-MT?

A91 MT is the special edition for 2023, just like the A91-CF for 2022. It's more expensive due to additional features and goodies.

@@BrosFOURRSpeed my ss 1le goes around the avg track 4-5 secs faster than a Supra for 49k. U don’t even get brembo’s all around. I always thought they should have never made a 2.0 version and just priced the 3.0 45-50k. That’s more than reasonable. 65k gets you a lightly used m3/4 from 2019 for goodness sake..
@@1LE_Ciko have you driven a Supra? Spend $1k on a tune and this makes 500 HP. Plus these have a very refined interior and feels more premium. SS 1LE is a cool car for sure. But this is targeted towards a different purpose
@@BrosFOURRSpeed yes I’ve test drove one a while back now. Highly nibble and a fun drive cus of the weight to power ratio but it’s nothing mind blowing. Interior is nothing to brag about the seats are nice other than that it’s a Toyota with a minor bmw touch, infotainment and dash are sub par. Also I personally would need that warranty so the gains don’t mean much plus turbo engine vehicles take tunes better, anyways its a great car and the economy is highly inflated but 60k imo is over priced for that vehicle..

@@christophguti7954 The 2020 model had that, my brother owned one. The manual could still have adaptive cruise, it just won’t be activated under a certain speed, but I haven’t been in a manual yet too see.

My ass, dream car. My dream car has some decent leather and chocolate color all over the interior. This all black interior color makes this car look so cheap.
That would be a personal preference, I don’t think it looks cheap at all, but keep working towards the dream car and spec you want!!
There is a brown interior option as well as a red one. I got a white paint on red interior one and have no regrets it’s beautiful.

I want to drive from point A to point B, and that's it. If I had the money my daily driver would be a cement truck, filled with cement. So when the twenty something year old male is racing then crashes behind me, all I'll feel is maybe a bump? Thinking it's nothing as I drag a flaming wreck behind my cement truck. Maybe someone will flag me down: "hey there's like a flaming car stuck behind you!"

So now that it has a manual? Will you track or canyon run this person's car? I better see average speeds above at least 85mph in those corners. My average is 92+mph in those canyon corner roads, not long sweeping curves no, I'm talking sharp corners with barely 10 seconds max of max acceleration and that's only like 1 or 2 straights that are like that, the rest are constant turns, so my average of 92+ comes from corners, as 10 seconds of Max acceleration in the supras twin car z4 is only enough for around 110-115mph in my tuned 440whwel 500 torque z4.
