I have to say with the duvet cover. Just turn it inside out, put your hands in it, one on each corner that will be the top of the cover when its right side in. Grab the duvet corners with your hands that are holding each corner of the cover and it turns the right side in. Shake it a few times and its done. Its quicker than how you just did it. Lucky if it takes 10 seconds to do. Just my experience as an Airbnb owner and cleaner.
Doesn't matter the size. Grab the 2 corners and flap the crap out of it a few times. For the most part it will be where it's supposed to with minor adjustments
There is an art... to art. In an Abnb. I love how you turned down the heat on the sensuality in the bedroom with the wild horse picture. Not everyone would like too much sensuality everywhere on the walls. Personally I don't like words like 'Home' or 'Eat' etc displayed everywhere (cringey). I also often feel I need to balance out the male/female energy whilst not becoming too bland... In addition, I find it helps to change up the energy between prints, canvas prints, graphics, abstracts, landscapes, human form, pop art ... and the size of the artwork. Not everyone is into this aspect of dressing a unit, but I believe it is very powerful and can be an easy way to give a place that extra juice. Cheaper than a games room!!
Sean, I can't seem to find the three & four day discount anymore. It's really messing things up on my ability to put slow season pricing up. And lastly could you maybe give us a refresher on what to do for a slow season? I am not getting bookings again… This is a bummer because I'm usually fully booked. Is anybody else having this problem?😢

Except if its a very large duvet, eg Super King, which is wider than the span of your arms... 😆
