Hey bhaiya ,i have a question regarding training, actually i observed that after doing gym my strength increased but my flexibility decreased ,i became a bit slow ,i fell a but tightness in the body and ofc i gain a bit extra bulky size which i don't like ,before this in year 2018 i used to play cricket and used to do mostly body weight and a bit of explosive exercises . and that time i used to fell lighter ,flexible ,fast ,and used to have good strength with endurance too,bhaiya i genuinely want to know that if i want to train like athlete in the gym where my main focus would be on having explosive strength ,lighter and fast body ,with a balance amount of muscle mass just like you , then how should i really train .like simply my question is how to train like an athlete and have a good explosive strength, flexiblity ,and lighter and fast body with a balnced muscles mass .not too bulky and not too lean .kindly make a video on this 🙏🙏🙏
