What length did you actually cut the standpipe to please Wish I’d gone for the diesel Truma combi now as there’s not much price difference taking the underslung tank into account
@@stevebrown6665 Hi Steve. I think I cut about 90mm from the bottom of the tank to leave about 25% of the diesel in the tank. The Truma diesel does look a really nice bit of kit.
Hi. We didn’t connect it directly to the Lynx. The Lynx is just for the main stuff like EasyPlus, solar, batteries etc. the heater is just taking its power from the 12v terminals. 👍

Would love to see how you’ve connected it up to the lynx, did you just connect it onto one of the same terminals as something else on the lynx?

What you use for sealing round the mount plate make etc cheers great video.
Hi. I used a heat resistant/fireproof sealant from Screwfix 👍
