Transphobes call us sensitive snowflakes, rigth after clicking on a video by choice and complaining about someone else's life
They say the new generation gets offended by everything but they get offended by trans people just existing.
@@tidepodpadthai2633 like...there were people a couple generations ago that were offended at the thought of black and latino people using the same bathroom as white people...
"Back in my days, you gays and trans never existed!!!"
Back in your days, Gary, people killed each other because of the color of their skin.
It is partly true. Some kids of the gen z are really sensitive to really nothing, but when it comes to social change that's when it's important to be a "snowflake". Why? Because it's not ok that people of color, women, or anyone of the LGBTQ+ community still don't have equal rights to rich, old, white men. As well as several other issues Gen Z are trying to tackle.
I often wonder if it's an unwitting trauma response to their own abusive upbringings and lack of control over their own lives. Going out of your way to find (completely normal and harmless) things that will upset you solely so that you can be angry and lash out at strangers isn't healthy. Arguably, it's a form of self-harm. It's no excuse for harmful behavior and needs to stop, like, yesterday, but I often wonder.

My dad is a straight cis guy and he has no problem with wearing skirts, makeup and jewerlly etc. (Some) people are always like 'eww your dad's a f*g'. Mind your own bussines, he's more of a man you'll ever be! I recently came out as demigirl and I couldn't be more grateful for my dad being super supportive.
It's been said a million times before, but cis men have worn all of those things throughout history, and across different cultures today. The concept of gendered clothing is actually very recent, only appearing within the past century. Yet those people act like they're longstanding traditions that can never be changed.

The man called John Money was the same man who "experimented on" an AMAB boy at an early age by persuading his parents to give him surgery and oestrogen supplements after his genitals were burned off accidentally during a routine circumcision. The boy, David, was dressed in girl's clothes and made to identify as a girl growing up. David then had surgery to reverse the physical changes, but never recovered from the psychological trauma of the experience and eventually killed himself. All this so that John could "prove" gender is caused by upbringing and not genetics. I learned this in psychology class. Just have to vent about it, sorry
Honestly, if anything this horrible story just proves that you can't convert someone to be another gender...
If anything, this should be used against conversion therapy.
and this just proves that trans people are pretty darn much real and valid, as you cannot jst magically change gender when you feel like it or by just being raised differently (hope i explained well)

I love how ppl use chromosomes as a solid backbone to be transphobic on. Like, they know there are cis men with female chromosomes and vice versa right??
And also given the majority of the people I'd wager don't know their own chromosomes there are more than likely hundreds of terfs who have xy chromosomes lol
No, they probably don't know, or if they do, they ignore it.

I have a friend who has that issue with gluten, but she's both allergic to wheat and likely has celiac disease (not diagnosed but it runs in her family) which makes one intolerant of all gluten.
You don’t actually get phlegm from Dairy, it’s just that texture of milk, creamer, yogurt, and etc. is similar enough to phlegm that it tricks your brain into thinking there’s phlegm. Unless you’re allergic, I guess

I believe you got your wording flipped (trans men really don’t belong in women’s bathrooms, as trans men are men); but if I understand your intended meaning correctly, same 💯💯
I used that as a comeback for someone who didn't know I was trans. "People belong in restrooms based on their genitals? Then I belong in your restroom." Me, FTM, @ cis woman.
Jammie wouldn't identify as a man if it came to prison though.
@@FreeTheDonbas your point is?
the stupid thing is that trans people have been in their bathrooms for decades. they think this is some weird modern trend brought on by the libs rather than that it was like gay people; they were always here, but most either didnt have the means to be who they were or chose to be stealth for safety.
this is also evident in how they talk about nonbinary people. theyll insist it didnt exist before tumblr or something rather than seeing nonbinary and third gender people deep in the history of indian, native american, ancient mesopotamian, etc. cultures.
it's just all stupid and uninformed arguments because they dont understand or can't empathize with others. that attitude is also very evidenced since the beginning of time, but it's still frustrating to see
"Gender isn´t a social construct"
Ah yes, the colour pink, biologically female.
Fr anytime I respond to a transphobe that says that, I try to get them to define the difference between sex and gender and it boils down to them thinking gender is sex and/or the terms are interchangeable. They don't realize through that thought process they're literally admitting to not believing in gender, like if you only believe in sex then you inherently believe that gender isn't real!!!
So wait, you know that gender only refers to masculinity & femininity?
@@FreeTheDonbas I know the difference between sex and gender. Transphobes often do not however.
@@FreeTheDonbas You've been commenting an awful lot, which seems to imply you have a lot of questions. People have, for a time, used the words sex and gender as if they referred to one idea. What they aren't aware of, is that the "one idea" is actually multiple related but not the same ideas. You've got physical stuff, like chromosomes, genitalia, hormones. And then you've got social stuff, like manner of dress, mannerisms, self-perception, and a whole array of other non-physical or non-sex-related traits. These ideas don't fit very well together and make it very hard for trans people to express how they're feeling, so we distinguish between the different ideas by dividing them into sex and gender. Sex is the more physical side of things. Gender is a sort of abstract social categorization based on how we perceive different groups. It's closely related to sex but they aren't the same. Generally, you are exposed to gender at a young age, where you develop your own understanding of what gender is. You see the way other people divide themselves into different genders and so you do to. You relate to some aspect of some gender or genders or perhaps no gender at all, which makes you want to group with them (or not if you're agender), as you feel that label best represents you. However, in a lot of societies, people are assigned a gender at birth based on their perceived sex, and are treated differently as a result. This means that people of the same sex are more likely to share an experience and are therefore more likely to group together. And of course, since people treat sex and gender as the same thing, they treat sex as the defining factor for each gender, which leaves out quite a lot of people who don't fit that misconstrued definition of gender. This idea is subconsciously embedded in just about everyone and contributes to gender dysphoria. We can't control the way people label themselves, no one can, but we can stop excluding them from their labels. Words like man, woman, nonbinary, masculine, feminine, and androgynous are all gender labels (They are used as sex labels by those that conflate sex and gender; however, the many ideas associated with these words are certainly not just sex and we should refer to sex in another way to reflect that. Plus, labelling and referring to people as their physical characteristics is a bit dumb. You can talk about someone's physical characteristics without calling them their physical characteristics if you get what I mean). Therefore, a man is someone who identifies as a man, a woman is someone who identifies as a woman, and an agender person is someone who doesn't identify with any gender. There's of course more labels and you can have more than one.
@@ascina9222 lol yeah, which is why you say ridiculous things like "assigned at birth", right? You constantly conflate intersex with transgender. female is biology & femininity is a construct. Woman is being female, not a construct, since women can be masculine too, they just can't be male.

I don't think it is a slur. I may be wrong, but I believe queer means strange/odd as well was meaning homosexual. There is a queer pride flag. and following logic shows like "Queer Eye" would not have the name they do if it is a slur.
@Kimber It's been reclaimed since the 90's, at least. A lot of people, myself included, self-identify as queer as an umbrella term for all the myriad identifiers that may or may not feel like a perfect fit, or we may still be figuring out.
And like @Tabitha of Toby pointed out, the original meaning of the word queer was "strange, odd, or unusual". I even remember a series of kids' mystery books that I loved s a kid called "Something Queer Is Going On"! The fact that those books were about a pair of quirky girl detectives with a basset hound means so much more to me now... XD

People say that having gay parents makes the child gay, but I have living proof of the exact opposite. My ex bf, his parents are lesbian and hes homophobic towards anyone except them and hes VERY transphobic, the reason we broke up is because he kept misgendering me and my friends
I can imagine the "He asked for no pickles" meme but Jamie is slightly hiding behind Roly
This makes me so sad. I'm a straight cis woman and I love your content. I think it's been such a huge blessing to me being a people manager. It's really helped me so much to understand and advocate for my Trans employees. I think you are a lovely person and I appreciate you sharing.
Roly is the absolute best when reacting to hate, and these 2 are another great duo that I will never get over.
The duality between them is what I live for
Are you thinking what I’m thinking trans guy?
@@krimsonkatt Sometimes the trans guy is the fiend. Source: Hi, I am both.
@@silvercandra4275 as a trans person I can confirm
Omg it’s been so long since they did a collaboration. I love this duo so much. ❤️❤️
I love seeing them next to eachother, it's such a good juxtaposition lmao
@@cas7168 it is lmao
Yeay! Roly is back, and he’s salty and phlegmy. ❤️ Everyone needs a fierce friend to leave the hate smouldering.
The dairy fairy brought me some phlegm too ❤🧡💚💙💜
As a trans woman who's been on HRT for 6 months now, I enjoy your videos and I quote you when dealing with transphobia myself
I actually found Roly's channel through your first trans hate comment video in the first place. So happy to see you guys do another of these right now! I love you both, and your collabs are hilarious. Hope there'll be some more in the future!
When I got hate comments they used to make me sad but now I mostly just roll my eyes that someone could be that dumb
@@krimsonkatt well it doesn't matter what they think they were probably of awesome you are
I have a playlist called "Reddit videos I will eventually watch", so whenever Jamie uploads non-Reddit content, it takes up a place in my Watch Later. I hope he's okay with that
The joke is that I will watch his content no matter what
"YOU CRETINOUS HUMAN" 😂 That had me in stiches! So damn true 😂
Roly is Jamie's thoughts, but with cursing and "I dont give a flying fuck" attitude
People who comment "I would never date you" are either so out of touch that they don't realise there's people who wouldn't care if they don't want to date them, or they're so narcissistic that they think everyone in the world absolutely wants to date them and saying they don't want to date you is like, the most devastating thing they could say and either way it's super funny to see them make a fool of themselves
Also, Roly, my grandmother says she gets phlegmy when eating dairy but I'm lactose intolerant so I can't comment on that. Can't say I've ever gotten phlegmy from glutton.
TBH I wouldn’t date a trans woman. Or a cis woman. Or any women at all.
@@anti-usernamesaltaccount3623 is this comment gay or aroace?
@@IgirlbossedTooCloseToTheSun
I’m romantically gay, and that’s what I’m referring to!
@@anti-usernamesaltaccount3623 :D
Exactly what i was always thinking.
I think it's physically impossible to be depressed when you're friends with Roly. He's such a joy!
"This a chick."
"𝙔𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙢 𝙖 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣"
😭🤌✨
Back in school, my chorus and theater teachers used to tell us not to have any milk or drinks with dairy in them before performances because it coats your throat. It was true, I'd do experiments to see, so yes milk does make you phlegmy. I can't give an answer as to the gluten though.
You're both wonderful and precious and I've greatly enjoyed watching this!
When you introduce your shy and introverted friend to your outgoing and extroverted friend and they end up becoming the best buddies ever:
6:14 yeah i literally cried when he pulled out the certificate it was SO cute also you guys make a great pair
1:45 SURRPRIISEEEE!!
maaaan i love him please
edit: this was hillarious! you two compliment so well!!
Transphobes honestly come across as raving lunatics if you imagine these conversations happening face to face. If there was someone raging in public at Jamie that he should go use the women's bathroom, and that he wasn't a man, that person would actually look insane, and would be escorted from the premises by security.
Even more so when you think about the fact they reply to every comment they see. Can you imagine some guy looking for every single trans person in every store just to insult them? And yet they don't see how crazy they sound
@@Tendo641 holy sh¡t absolutely, especially with the sheer amount of transphobes who just
Assume that someone is trans without any proof and end up being spectacularly wrong.
"do some research" you do know what this man's job is, right?
They don't, because they obviously 'do' their "research" by reading the back of the soap-dispenser in their parents' loo when they forgot their phone, again.
6:03 "Well they don't want to date _you_ , you cretinous human!"
I'm stealing that one 🤣🤣
The way that roly just randomly waved around the fan just made it so much funnier
I just loved Rory’s relationship with his fan through out the video
It's like, "I'd never date one!", like... okay? And this is relevant to me how? I don't care? There's a lot of men I wouldn't date either, and it's not because of what's in their pants. I don't go up to random men in the market like, "I'd never date you! I don't like beards!" because... he doesn't care??? We don't know each other? (Note: I'm indifferent to beards, actually. This was just an example what these people are saying, showing are stupid they sound.)
Yeah the whole dating thing, once a woman who used to go to the church that my family goes to, said to me at youth camp: Well aren't you worried that a good future Christian husband won't be okay with you being trans. Do you want to give up that opportunity?
And I said: Well if he doesn't except me for who I am than I don't want to marry him.
She couldn't understand.
Like how dumb to worry about a guy who doesn't exist in your life yet so much that you try to change/ignore when you are?
TRANS RIGHTS ARE WOMENS RIGHTS! If you don’t feel like you need to change your body, dont! Don’t try to stop someone who does need to change their body. Seriously I dont want butt implants, but I don’t tell anyone else that they can’t! Lots of love to you all and wishing you all a happy and safe holiday season from a straight cis mummy who sends hugs to anyone who needs them! 🏴👩🏻🦼🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️💝
Nice message but why is the Scottish flag there
@@woofyou1186 because I’m Scottish! Lols
Not a fan of the implication that my rights are women's rights, as I am not a woman. I get what you're going for, that feminism supports trans people, but the phrasing is not great for anyone who isn't a trans woman.
@@devent10n sorry, I didn’t mean to offend. What I’m trying to say ( although possibly clumsily ) is that 1. A trans man is trapped in a female body until ,or if and when they transition and deserves equal rights to a man. 2. A trans woman is a woman and deserves equal rights to a man. No woman ( no one also) has the right to invalidate a trans persons rights, as at some point women and the majority of trans people have experienced or been perceive as being female along with the discrimination associated with that all cis women should have the empathy and knowledge to understand that cis women share a journey in at least some part with the majority of trans individuals. We all deserve to have the same rights as cis men do.
I don’t mean to say that you are not the person you are, only that all trans people have to deal with the issues associated with that being or being perceived as female in one part of their journey, or another. I hope I have managed to clarify my point without invalidating anyone or their gender.
Person: I love how you can't be bothered to research anything you claim
Jamie: I have a PhD in trans (couldn't understand the last word)
saying this is literally like telling an anatomist they can't be bothered to research anything about the human body
Tbf there are a lot of professionals out there who are actually idiots but Jamie clearly knows what he is talking about and has both personal experience and years of passionate research on the subject
Roly: 😡😂😫😈😪
Jamie: 😃
@@krimsonkatt oh my gosh, the hand.
literally rewatched roly's anti gay reaction videos last week. perfect timing!!
3:55 gives me *"HE SAID NO PICKELS" "thank you"* vibes, lol
I love how they say "fact don't care about your feelings", but when you say "there's no scientific proof of existence of god" they flip out and give you death threaths.
Found out an author of mine (RIP Warriors) who was even more influential to me than JKR is also a TERF and is on a rampage for being fired for saying TERF stuff on her Twitter account directly using the Warriors franchise.
So i needed this.
Whaaaaat???? I just decided to leave the warriors community like a week ago and now this is happening?!
Need more context, ideally including the tweet or tweets in question if they're still up.
I intend to metaphorically annihilate that BS... assuming I can remember my Twitter password.(In an effort to protect my own sanity, I only log into it when I come across a tweet that truly pisses me off.)
WAIT, ONE OF THE ERIN HUNTERS IS A TERF??!!?
not again… :(
I would LOVE a series of Jamie debunking or at least explaining "bad trans science" (quotes for series name). Like, I know most of them due to a lot of self hating research when I was closeted, but not everyone (especially the cis people who watch his channel for education) know. And I feel like videos from someone with an actual PhD may have more weight.
I really like this idea.
I knew I recognized Roly! My sister is an avid watcher and I enjoyed popping into the videos with her
It's always so much fun when Roly joins in because he really knows how to turn bad comments into something funny with little to no effort at all. I hope this will happen again soon.
It's sooo good seeing the two of you together!! I always have a hard time watching this "Reacting to (insert hatefull intolerant bullshit here)" videos bc of, you know, the hatefull bullshit I just can't wrap my head around... but you guys interacting is really GOLD!!!
4:05 The comedic timing of that fan KILLED me 🤣
I love Roly so much, they come across with such a bubbly personality but the contacts and piercings and serial killer shirt tell another story lmao
Okay but Roly's energy is soo good, just yelling at the comments like we all do in our thoughts. And the FAN yesss I just --- hell yeah great vid guys thanks for the laughs!
These videos help me a lot. Im not cis (he/they) and I always get super anxious that people are going to hate on me or say stuff. These videos help me realize that yea I'll get hate, but I shouldn't let them bother me. Instead, I should just laugh, and be proud of who I am :]
Moral of the story, don't let others drag you down, just be you and make yourself happy ^^
As a non binary, I have gotten into multiple arguments in RUclips comments that spark as a reply to me saying something as simple as "*they". A direct quote from one of these is "imagine being so sad that you need to make up your own gender so you can be as special as a special needs person" this comment seriously pissed me off. And on top of that, "MaDe Up GeNdEr" was this person's ENTIRE ARGUMENT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Also I LOVE it when people bring up neurodivergency (not that they actually know what that means; they usually use the r slur or “special needs”), because if anything they’re just furthering the point that gender is a social construct. Because yes, many neurodivergent people DO have a hard time understanding or conforming to gender roles, BECAUSE WE HAVE A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING AND CONFORMING TO SOCIAL NORMS. You know, that thing that gender is?!?
It hurt itself in its confusion!
@@jittercritter autistic agender here! I do not know this “gender” you are talking about? /lh
The entire concept is just so foreign to me.
Yay! Jamie and Roly!
Silly haters, don't they know that they are just providing more content for you by being so silly and by contradicting themselves?
Love you xx
Is anyone else getting "Good Omens" vibes with Jamie and Roly's aesthetics?
I love it!
6:57 You're not alone Roly. I get phlegmy no matter what I eat, among other side effects of eating.
"Side effects of eating"?
That's a weird way of saying you gotta go.
Sorry. I don't want to make fun of you if you have troubles it's just a sentence I never thought I would read.
Happy Holidays
Roly and Jammie have the energy of me and my bestie when we tell each other the newest gossip and get angry for whatever unfair thing happened to the other ✨ beautiful ❤️
I love these videos so much, the difference in your two energies is just hilarious, roly being more "f you asshole" while jamie remains more calm. i love it so much.
Also i can never decide what i love more about roly, his whole attitude or the way he just does this BRRPT Fan thing adding his thoughts. You two are lovely, keep these kinda videos up
The first one you did is literally my favourite video on RUclips - I'm so glad you made another!!! 🥰🥰🥰
