It brings a tear to my eye to see them still going strong after Trevor’s passing.

I was in the left side pit for this one tearing it the fuck up. Just went nuts when What A Horrible Night To Have A Curse came on. Had to rage out for Trevor. Ended up crowd surfing at the near end of the set during Statutory Ape with everyone else. Loved it when that dude brought his two kids under 10 and the whole pit just stopped for a whole song and let the kids rage out. Shit was wholesome as fuck.

Sounding great on an open air stage! Sometimes melodic death metal doesn’t translate well, but everything was perfect. Probably what you recorded this on helped capture the true sound of the moment. Fucking Brian did so good RIP Trevor! So glad to see Ryan back slaying it with the boys! And a unholy blessing to Brandon, Alan and Max! They all killed!

Damn! Brian is no Trevor and I personally don't think he sounds that great, but that is just my opinion.

he's sounds great stepping up and doing full vocal duties and not trashing his voice I'm sure he'll definitely get better with time

He’s only gonna get better, and he is being smart he probably learned a lot from Trevor watching his band mate go through the ups and downs of vocals, and a lot of metal bands are aware of coaches or warm ups now. And as the above said for never doing vocals or only doing backing vocals on live shows he is doing great.
It’s kinda like a agreed upon thing between the band and fans, we know it’s not perfect but it’s still the black dahlia murder and they got Ryan back as well, it’s about the collective not individual in that matter for me. Honestly I’ve seen at the gates a few times reason I say that is cuz one show the vocals were off obviously the guy was sick or something, but you don’t fret about it cuz it’s still amazing and it’s live, when I want perfection I listen to my headphones or vinyl.❤

Brian has been adding to the vocals of his band for two decades. He sounds just fine in these live shows especially if you compare how they always sound live.

You're right, he is no Trevor but that's to be expected. I have nothing but respect for Brian. It must have been so difficult for him to put down the guitar and pick up his best friend's microphone. I think his vocals are good for what they are. I'd much rather he be the new vocalist than some random guy on RUclips or Instagram or whatever that can mimic Trevor's style. Plus, Ryan Knight coming back is sick too. RIP Trevor

Trevor was something else he could do different styles and was great at it but Brian is not terrible
