12 Dinners Kids Can Make. Day 1: Kaitlyn Makes Tacos and a Casserole. Delicious Family Dinner!

This week each of my 6 kids at home will show you how they make 2 dinners. Every child has a different dinner night M-S where they choose the dinner and cook with me on their night. Sometimes if the rest of the family is still outside stacking wood, they even make it without any help. In this first night, Monday June 10, 2024, Kaitlyn age 14, shows how she makes enchilada casserole and tacos. She had a long day so she was quiet. Sorry that I do so much of the talking.
