It's not "hostile" creatures that count towards mutations, it's violent creatures. Anything that will fight back when provoked will count (including worker ants, ladybugs, bees and rolly polys), but HARMLESS enemies like aphids, gnats, and tadpoles don't count.
so that's why I can't unlock any mutes for the bow. Iv been only killing weevils and aphids. even on other enemy's I only weeken them with the bow, then finish them melee . dang it
For tip 4, it depends on what you’re harvesting. Buried treasure always takes 3 hits, candies always take 4, and Pinecones always take 8. But yes, Acorns and Clay are included in the category of resource nodes with health.
Gold cards is basically the last thing my friend and I need for 100% so I'll definitely be trying the waft raids where you suggested. It is a pretty open area so it would probably be better for the creature spawns too as well as bigger bugs not getting stuck. I'll tell how it goes if I remember lol.
Yeah i press r to huck then e to pick it up, been doing it for some time and im a very muscle memory guy so eventually with enough practice you’ll get the hang of it!
Hoops is the best girl in grounded. And she’s the most balanced when it comes to their personalities of all four kids. She’s energetic, she’s observant, she thinks things are cute, she’s brave, she’s vulnerable, she’s smart, and she’s a joy to be around.
@@Mieskiste33 yeah u can only see them in sun i think . as on that vid they ll blink in sun. best way to just watch it on yt and put markers like pillar or anything next to it. they r always in same spot 😉 15 in total i think

Very true
Thanks for clearing that up.
Lmao You clearly don’t understand the word hostile

Fun fact: you can also put 2 quarter clay foundations on eachother near the upper yard cracked rock to jump over it
Very true!

9:07 , i still remember the time i fell into that are with the quarzite and had to fight for my life since none of my friends came to help ...
Haha! Your friend must of wanted you dead

Flying bugs take little to no time to reach the waft, some ground bug have pathing problems which may take a while
Bit old now, but I'm sure I've read recently that gold cards aren't required for the 100%
even thought I am about to 100% the game, I still enjoy watching these
Same here! Always cool to find something new!
So excited for this game to come to PS5 been watching tons of vids in anticipation for it's release.
tip 6, I usually go to red ant hill for mutation farming. more dead ants. more eggs. more bombs.
Red anthill is very good when it comes to farming aoe mutations such as whitte wizard!
@CDiinky u said it only works with hostile bugs does it not work with neutral bugs like the worker ant?
@@Buulgy hostile as in bugs that attack you either by spotting you or provoking
@@Buulgy worker ants become hostile when you attack them. even if you oneshot them.
@CDiinky but if you attack another ant and they see they become hostile so does it count for mutations
been here since 400 subs, dude your popping of
I really appreciate thats youve basically been here since day 1!
Awesome video as always, any chance of a mutation rundown/tier list in the future?
Will be creating one in the coming days!
Good stuff, I got most of these tips from watching speed runs.
It is interesting to see how speedrunners change the game
Well ive found another channel i must follow for th grounded content ❤
How do you recover thrown weapon instantly?
12:25 I found this jump up on my first play through ngl
gah! so do poison or bleed kills also not trigger gold cards??
i think at throw strategy turn on wide interaction and download keyboard presser, or keyboard software and just go nuts xD
Even with wide interaction its still a bit clunky to pickup!
Would you mind telling me how could you use keyboard software to help?
hi, when youre doing the spear throwing, do you manually press "E" button to get the spear back? cus you do it very fast, while mine is very slow
Yeah i press r to huck then e to pick it up, been doing it for some time and im a very muscle memory guy so eventually with enough practice you’ll get the hang of it!
@@CDiinky ty!! learned a lot of from your video
hi so good of a video
Glad you liked it!
What was the button to fast swap mutations as you did in tip 2?
Its mutation load outs! Either T on pc and dpad right on console? Not too sure about console
Could pollen work for infected broodmother
Pollen only reduces movespeed if stuck to a creature, no reduced attack speed

Pete better
Thats a weevil shield and it didnt break by now?
what about antlion sword?
too expensive to craft imo, there are so many better options
6:30 how bout swords?
Spicy / Fresh for swords, mainly for bosses
Can someone explain how buried treasured work ?
they respawn every 2 Days and u get 50% to get a treasure with random loot. u can find drop rate online.
@@ibzorxx and how can i Spot them ? I often find it difficult to locate them ingame

During the daytime the buried treasure shimmers a light, they can be found in the trenches displayed in the video, the bbq spill and the sandbox!
