Tbh no. Because the story was still confusing and mediocre Not shitting on 06 but it really needs a re-written story for sonic and silver (?). Shadows is fine because he just does what he needs to and gets shit done However sonic is just always chasing after elise. Never wondering about the surroundings like.. "why is this silver kid after me? What does he mean by iblis trigger? Is that what the larva i saw in the future? And how does amy know him? Well enough questions for now! Gotta hurry and figure out what in the world is happening. Im coming elise!" And silvers story isn't bad but i wish he actually rebelled against mephiles once he figures out sonic was never the bad guy. It'll talk time to fully rewrite the story but sadly the voice clips and recordings will not match it. Why did i even rant about this lol

If Sonic and Silver ran through Kingdom Valley like this they would've made it in time to save Elise. I wonder how the story would have played out if this happened. Probably wouldn't be that different, to be honest...
i hope the game gets optimized for 7th gen-level hardware, my laptop is surprisingly hefty as it can run modded generations and gta iv (neither at max graphics though), maybe it could even be ported to and run on an actual ps3/360

You have around 3 frames to input a high jump(X and A at the same time) at the dash panel then direct towards the castle
