I stopped playing this game a while ago (too much grinding and confusion) but if you’re doing 200 days in this game, there’s a teleportation stone you can buy from the tavern for fast travel to a ton of a places and you can also sell the flesh you extract from corpses for a good chunk of money! Again, just talk to the tavern owner because you need a special seal but it’s pretty easy to get. Btw, love this 100 days series!
Absolutely love this game. One thing that it doesn't tell you: basically any crafting station where you can queue up items, you can put a zombie to work on. So chopping wood, cutting stone, crafting nails and parts, etc. Also, the cultist perk from the tech tree is a game-changer
This game is so much fun tbh. I think it’s so interesting to see how differently you approached the early game. You really focused on the people’s quests and unlocked new areas while you did it. I focused on unlocking as many areas as possible, then did quests lol. Such a fun and interesting game though

but if you look his previous videos, it takes 3 month to complete his 100->200 days, and around 2 months from 200->300 days. So atleast we have to wait a month.
im suprised that you never noticed the dropper at the far right of your morgue. with that the corpses get dropped into the morgue, that i think reduces the decay the usually get outside. its called a corpse hatch and only takes 2× A piece of stone and 4× Simple iron parts :D

(You made them, but none of your footage seemed to show the candles as lit) Also, the confessionals sometimes produce faith and stories; consider popping into the church once a day to check.
You can buy teleportation stone pretty cheap in tavern. This thing is usually the first thing you should buy in this game, since it saves a lot of time.
I wonder what the teleportation scrolls from the old dude with the wealthy refugees are meant for.... they are one-use and work just like the stone. Is the tele-stones a DLC thing?
I seriously struggled to understand everything in graveyard keeper whenever I first played, but this definitely helps put me in the right direction. I'm interested in playing it again and seeing what happens
just basic understanding of things helps a lot yes. I got this like back at initial release and I just lost interest quick. after watching this, I returned to it, more informed on how things work and got the DLCs as well XD
the game just straight up sucks at explaining anything, and it makes sure to make everything as convoluted as possible. the game will ask you for stuff that'll only become available much later, confusing first-time players even more as they try to figure out how to fill the request...

You still got a long way to go, by the end of my run I had an empire of pumpkins and wine that basically ran itself thinks to my Army of Zombies. I literally had a Zombie for every single station in the game. I think it required 47 or so Zombies but it's been awhile, so I could be wrong. Oh by the way Zombie quality is determined by their skull rank, you can increase it by removing and replacing organs but also by embalming. Later you will get a perk that lets you see what each organ's stats are, and that helps a ton. In any case good luck with the rest of the game.
this is my favorite game of the genre for a reason! the grind is quite heavy but at least doesn't punish you for not sleeping at night which is a massive relief for me. i'm tired of running against the clock just because my character has a fatal illness that makes it fall unconscius at 1am.

I fell in love with this game when I first played it on gamepass a few years back. I really appreciated the different skill points and tech trees. It is such a fun game the first playthrough, figuring everything out and learning who all the players are, and the morbid comedy. It's just such a great game that I got super into. It's been great watching someone else go through and break down that experience - great video!

Random tip: wine, especially silver wine are the most efficient food to produce, you get a lot of wine with minimum effort, also very easy to automate with zombies, one unit recovers a full bar of energy and it is also very proffitable to sell the bronze and gold quality :) definitively its the thing I always rush to set up when I start a fresh save. Loved the video, 100% coming back for the 200 days

If you aren't totally grinded out by Graveyard Keeper I'd love to see your 200 day progress or progress to a Graveyard empire! I kept thinking of games that could maybe lend themselves to your format that I personally enjoyed - I gave up on Terraria and don't resist a lot in Rimworld - I found that I'm more for a different type of simulation like old school Theme Hospital - If it comes down to farming and crafting, be it in Portia, Sandrock, Harvest moon or whatnot I tend to become a nightmare in optimisation and it stops being a game for me and turns into a stressful living nightmare. I can't chill in games like these. : ) - I can enjoy other people playing them, though.
@@TweedyBirdo Still not for me : ) (Even though, weirdly (and I know this is hugely biased) I don't particularly care about the people in the town or the animals in it - so it is less stressful). The art and characterizations made me less invested in it somehow - I realise that it was a massive undertaking by one programmer and nothing but respect for him. I liked the little dude living in the sewer - but that's just me - I remember romancing a Kappa in an old harvest moon game - he was way less obnoxious than the townspeople.
FYI extracting fat and blood is always beneficial the organs have random stats. later you can use an upgrade to see the exact stats of all parts. if I remember correctly

So I'm 27 and have played an un healthy amount of games I'm proud to say Graveyard Keeper is high on my top 10 next to some classics... to be honest your doing an amazing job even without Google. Tbh for me to get Platinum Trophies I did use Google to find all of my alchemy recipes and how to make a perfect corpse for the graveyard or (super zombies)

35:20 the way you flopped the zombie down is so funny 🤣 I just started playing this game like 2 days ago because I was trying to get a fix for the lack of Traveller's Rest on the Switch and I've been enjoying it so much! Theres always so much to do so it doesn't get boring, however, it sometimes is kind of overwhelming so these videos help 😖

This game consumed me for at least a week, love it, there's so much to do, I actually got overwhelmed and didn't beat it, but I will definitely go back into it now, I got a bit farther than you did in the vid, but without as many zombies because they were confusing to me 😂 but I see how much they help now!

BUT, this game has 2 full story DLC which change your entire operation, in 1 dlc you run a tavern and the other a refugee camp. So if your interested, Id buy this games bundle rn while its on winter sale. These DLC also have their own storylines that take place in different parts of time, though the same world. But some other good indie games are; Barony, Vampire Survivors, Hades, Potion Craft, Oxygen Not Included.
Graveyard keeper is one of my favourite games. I have got it on PC, iPad, iPhone, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo switch. I have finished the game on PC before the DLC came out but I mainly play on my switch now. Keep up the good work. I like watching people play games on RUclips. That is how I buy the games.

31:42 My discovery was that the most early/efficient way for me to get blue exp points was to use the first blue points you get in the church basement to unlock making stone graveyard fences. Stone MARKERS don't get you anything but the stone graveyard fences get you seemingly more blue points then flasks or candles........i have NO idea WHY it gets you more points, but they help improve the quality of your graveyard and it can get you a mess of blue points to use early on without having to rely on making paper notes and chapter if you don't have the materials/technology to do so..

So, I watched this video when it first came out and let me just say it affected me. Half way through, I knew I needed to buy Graveyard Keeper and play it myself. And so I did, while the video continued to play in the background. Although I was rather disappointed at the lack of a kooky narrator like yourself, I was very enthralled by the game. I logged in almost 100 hours since then, playing it whenever possible. Best accidentally promotionally entertaining video ever.
People asking me to like and subscribe has never worked, it usually makes me not want to do it. But the way you worded it in this video actually made me do it. Well made video, very entertaining
I really love the moments where you cut away from narration and its in-the-moment realizations and reactions, they're a tiny thing but add a lot to the video.
This game is the epitome of, "Oh yeah. It's all coming together." That's just good game design. A leads to B, B leads to C and so on. I'll play this game some time.
I like the series of interlocked story quests much better than Stardew Valley that have you plying NPC's with random gifts. Makes more sense and is more interesting too, for the first playthrough at least.
Absolutely should do more of this game! You either don't have the DLCs or didn't get into their content so there's still that as a possibility, and there's so much more to do! Questlines to finish, things to automate, et cetera!

This video started randomly as another finished on my second monitor and lead me to one of my favourite games of all time. I got all the dlc after seeing the 300 days video and didn't stop until I 100% it on steam. Threw me into a spiral actually, now i already finished this one, stardew, my time at portia and probably my time at sandrock next. On the very slight off chance you see this, there's an early access game on steam at the moment Travellers Rest, think you might enjoy it.
I'm a huge fan of Graveyard Keeper and it makes me so happy that people are still just discovering this game. I watched your entire video and am honestly impressed how well you did for a first timer. I know my first time I got intimidated by a lot of things and just stayed away from them. You dove right in though so that is great! haha, I'm sure the commenters have already told you to go get the Teleportation Stone!!! Once you have it, you'll wonder how you played without it :)

I was drawn to this channel just because of this video. I bought the game for a friend, and wanted to see what it was all about - While it's not something I have the time to invest into, it is very fun watching you play it and summing everything up in a sped-thru video of progression.

Random tip: wine, especially silver wine are the most efficient food to produce, you get a lot of wine with minimum effort, also very easy to automate with zombies, one unit recovers a full bar of energy and it is also very proffitable to sell the bronze and gold quality :) definitively its the thing I always rush to set up when I start a fresh save. Loved the video, 100% coming back for the 200 days

I kept thinking of games that could maybe lend themselves to your format that I personally enjoyed -
I gave up on Terraria and don't resist a lot in Rimworld - I found that I'm more for a different type of simulation like old school Theme Hospital - If it comes down to farming and crafting, be it in Portia, Sandrock, Harvest moon or whatnot I tend to become a nightmare in optimisation and it stops being a game for me and turns into a stressful living nightmare.
I can't chill in games like these.
: ) - I can enjoy other people playing them, though.

(Even though, weirdly (and I know this is hugely biased) I don't particularly care about the people in the town or the animals in it - so it is less stressful). The art and characterizations made me less invested in it somehow - I realise that it was a massive undertaking by one programmer and nothing but respect for him.
I liked the little dude living in the sewer - but that's just me - I remember romancing a Kappa in an old harvest moon game - he was way less obnoxious than the townspeople.

This video was my introduction to the game, and i couldn't have wished for a better one. I've watched others since, but they are other bumbling descriptions of game mechanics, really dry guides for optimizing the fun out of the game or pro mlg bunnyhop speedruns...

So I'm 27 and have played an un healthy amount of games I'm proud to say Graveyard Keeper is high on my top 10 next to some classics... to be honest your doing an amazing job even without Google. Tbh for me to get Platinum Trophies I did use Google to find all of my alchemy recipes and how to make a perfect corpse for the graveyard or (super zombies)

I just started playing this game like 2 days ago because I was trying to get a fix for the lack of Traveller's Rest on the Switch and I've been enjoying it so much! Theres always so much to do so it doesn't get boring, however, it sometimes is kind of overwhelming so these videos help 😖

Excellent game. By the way, just like you can remove and place body parts into corpses, you can remove and place body parts into zombies. Not going to spoil what that means for you yet heh... Just know you can make some really impressive zombies late game. Absolutely want to see another 100 days of this from you. Great work, keep it up!
This game consumed me for at least a week, love it, there's so much to do, I actually got overwhelmed and didn't beat it, but I will definitely go back into it now, I got a bit farther than you did in the vid, but without as many zombies because they were confusing to me 😂 but I see how much they help now!

BUT, this game has 2 full story DLC which change your entire operation, in 1 dlc you run a tavern and the other a refugee camp.
So if your interested, Id buy this games bundle rn while its on winter sale. These DLC also have their own storylines that take place in different parts of time, though the same world.
But some other good indie games are; Barony, Vampire Survivors, Hades, Potion Craft, Oxygen Not Included.
Graveyard keeper is one of my favourite games. I have got it on PC, iPad, iPhone, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo switch. I have finished the game on PC before the DLC came out but I mainly play on my switch now. Keep up the good work. I like watching people play games on RUclips. That is how I buy the games.

31:42 My discovery was that the most early/efficient way for me to get blue exp points was to use the first blue points you get in the church basement to unlock making stone graveyard fences. Stone MARKERS don't get you anything but the stone graveyard fences get you seemingly more blue points then flasks or candles........i have NO idea WHY it gets you more points, but they help improve the quality of your graveyard and it can get you a mess of blue points to use early on without having to rely on making paper notes and chapter if you don't have the materials/technology to do so..

So, I watched this video when it first came out and let me just say it affected me. Half way through, I knew I needed to buy Graveyard Keeper and play it myself. And so I did, while the video continued to play in the background. Although I was rather disappointed at the lack of a kooky narrator like yourself, I was very enthralled by the game. I logged in almost 100 hours since then, playing it whenever possible. Best accidentally promotionally entertaining video ever.

I really love the moments where you cut away from narration and its in-the-moment realizations and reactions, they're a tiny thing but add a lot to the video.

I like the series of interlocked story quests much better than Stardew Valley that have you plying NPC's with random gifts. Makes more sense and is more interesting too, for the first playthrough at least.

Absolutely should do more of this game! You either don't have the DLCs or didn't get into their content so there's still that as a possibility, and there's so much more to do! Questlines to finish, things to automate, et cetera!

This video started randomly as another finished on my second monitor and lead me to one of my favourite games of all time. I got all the dlc after seeing the 300 days video and didn't stop until I 100% it on steam. Threw me into a spiral actually, now i already finished this one, stardew, my time at portia and probably my time at sandrock next. On the very slight off chance you see this, there's an early access game on steam at the moment Travellers Rest, think you might enjoy it.

I'm a huge fan of Graveyard Keeper and it makes me so happy that people are still just discovering this game. I watched your entire video and am honestly impressed how well you did for a first timer. I know my first time I got intimidated by a lot of things and just stayed away from them. You dove right in though so that is great!
