Poor Charles, he was crying out in the streets for help for JJ and nobody would do anything about it. He told the police she’s losing her mind. Nothing was done about it.
My heart breaks for Charles and his children. Charles was a good provider and loved his wife also.

Correct. I didn't care for that statement. The onus needs to be put on the proper people, the murderers. This case is firstly about people being murdered, which is why the perpetrators have been charged with murder ( with Lori already found guilty of murder ) Trust me, when the children's bodies were found no one in LE was speaking about how they passed on.

My only son died when he was 10 and a half months old. Not once have I ever said he passed or he passed away. He didn't "pass". He died in my arms on his hospital bed in the pediatric ICU. And now he is an angel and I will see him again.
I feel like when they “got away” with Charles’s murder, it made them feel cocky and powerful and made them think that they could get away with the other murders.😢

@@SandyOhNoYes, but no charges were brought in Charles murder until after the deaths of Tylee, JJ and Tammy. Some of the police in Arizona believed Lori, Alex and Tylee’s cock and bull story about self-defence and a proper investigation was not initially performed.

Melanie suspected the kids had been killed and didn’t go to LE -they came to her. She also participated in castings to “kill” Charles & Tammy-as soon as they’d died she would have known they’d been murdered, so if she’d gone to LE then the kids would still be alive.

Melanie Gibb knew more than she has admitted to. She realized at some point that things were going awry and she stepped back to protect herself. I wonder if she made a deal with the police.

Melanie was ok to do silly ceremonies and hang out with David. She thought Lori was really her friend.
Then she told the cops Mel had the kids. And it all hit her, oh ish! They are killing people and I am right smack in the middle of it!!
Making that call was brave. And she has cooperated ever since.
I think it just became clear to Zulema as they told her the evidence, that if she didn’t cooperate she might be arrested as a conspirator. Fear.
IMO, she and Melaniece are “and others.”
My thoughts about Prior trying to defend Chad by saying Chad didn't know the children were in the backyard that Alex, Lori and Melanie you're the only ones who knew. Here's the problem with Chad not knowing where the kids were..
Tammy was still alive and I know Garth was living in his parents house..
Tylee , in my opinion it would be impossible for Alex to go into Chads back yard and start a fire in the pit, cut Tylee up (sorry everyone it bugs me too) and try to burn her alone in the backyard without anyone knowing it or seeing it..Then take her remains and bury them in the pet sematary , without any help and Chad , Tammy and Garth not knowing Alex was in the yard.
Same thing for JJ, only that time Tammy was in Utah and Chad sent Tammy a text that he had to kill a raccoon and buried it in the pet cemetery..
That right there is evidence that Chad was digging in his backyard also the detective stated they never found a raccoon in the pet sematary.
The neighbor across the street reported bonfires happening several times lately..
Alex couldn't have pulled all of that off all by himself..

I agree with you totally. Seems to be so easy for good lying attorneys to trick peoples minds up. I pray they see thru this so this dangerous man will be prosecuted fully.
With Chad and Tammy living there and his daughter in close proximity plus the kids that lived in the home with Chad, how would Alex know when no one was home, how long they would all be away while also digging, moving bodies, burning Tylee ect? And there was bonfires over several days???
Plus, Chad texted Tammy that he was burning "limbs". 🙄

Has no one ever said that Chad HAD to get rid of Tammy in order for his “revelatory prediction” to come to pass?? He had told so many people she was going to die young, but it never happened. So he HAD to eliminate her for his narcissistic needs to be fulfilled. In his mind, people would not believe his self proclaimed prophet status!
I think he was already using the so call vibration. You keep saying that into the world and it might happen. This is like what they were doing to cause accidents with Charles and Tammy. When they pray, their prayers were to forces to cause an accident. I forgot the name they used at trial. It is something that is new age healing or contrary. Some use stones in the body for healing, they massage the body because of the power of their hands. Others don’t even touch the body. Energy, that is the name they are using. Energy for good or energy for good. All new age and this teaching penetrated churches since the 80s, but strongly in the 90s. Maybe in the USA longer. I study some branch from the Protestant side, there is biblical base, but if you really study the Bible, you will see the interpretation is not right with most of the new testament teachings of Jesus. The majority of the Book of Mormon are quite far from the New Testament. Jesus would not tell Joseph smith to write book’s contradictions to his sacrifice on the cross. There is nothing we can do to inherit the kingdom of heaven. There is nothing in the New Testament about being married in heaven or new earth. Jesus said we will not marry or be given to marry in heaven. I rather believe what Jesus said, not what Joseph Smith said Jesus told him. It is sad, because some of us don’t think Mormonism is true Christianity. But that is not up to me, I completely understand even the atheists. I understand why they can’t be a believer, because I can’t be a non believer. It is not in me.

I’m just going to put this out here. My ex husband was an embalmer, funeral director and grave digger, found out he was sociopath too late but I survived, thank God! I’m not surprised by Chad’s behavior. He exhibits alot of the same behavior my ex had. So charming but so evil. As a researcher, there seems to be a lot of people in the funeral industry that exhibits that same behavior. So charming to strangers but so dangerous to their loved ones. They’re so convincing and creative. Also, they seem to like music or writing also. It’s the hobby where you can really see the other side of these people. They love the praise of other people and are oh so convincing. In a perfect world, these evil people would suffer for the suffering they cause others but the truth is that they don’t care.
Huge kudos to all the detectives, police, prosecutor.
They've all done so well to prepare for justice for all of their victims. They did so well giving them all dignity in death that these two self serving sociopaths never gave any of them. They are the voice of these victims.

Gibb is no innocent bystander (out of a group of no innocent bystanders). Her sass on the stand during cross demonstrates extreme passive aggressive tendencies and don’t be fooled by the soft spoken lies.
I keep saying: His strategy seems to be to try implicate others as being involved. But since it is a conspiracy to commit murder....that doesn't matter. He is still part of the conspiracy. And therefore as guilty as EVERYONE else. Even if she admitted she was the person that did in JJ, he still is a guilty co-conspirator. And he gets the needle.

I agree with you, but he is trying to distance Chad from the group. The same as MG when she was describing the prayer for casting zombies. She did not included herself even though she was there and she was a believer on the so call casting out. The PROSICUTION also need to clear up how quick Chad buried tammy and how he tried to get her cremated. I can't believe they didn't find more on Alexes death. I was watching Pryor's face when they were talking bout all the $$ he gave to his kids at the last minute . . . knowing that $$ shoulda been saved to pay for his for legal services.
He was afraid the insurance company could snatch it back ! It's obvious with the rising that he thought if he was arrested they would do that and I wouldn't be surprised if they did but I doubt they could go into the kids accounts and snatching money from their accounts I'm sure Chad was thinking the same thing and that's why he was frantically moving money like that, he was extremely greedy instead of paying for his youngest child's health insurance he ran down to the welfare office and applied for his son but was denied he was told he made to much money I'm sure him was used to fudging the books and getting free health insurance from welfare .

I'm glad she keeps ignoring their subpoenas too. Chad wants to intimidate her through his lawyer. I bet she was involved in the plan to kill spouses for money (but not the kids). Her husband's money was on the line to buy land for their future temple and he'd have had other life insurance etc too. He was saved like Brandon because they were caught imo.

Melanie Gibb was torn between telling the truth or protecting her best friend. I feel so sorry for her. She is innocent; you can tell from the secret phone call she recorded that she was worried about the kids, and Lory lied to her.
I used to feel sorry for her until I saw her crackpot police interview. She was prancing around and flirting with all the cops, and acted like she was high as a kite. This testimony and her trying to avoid the subpoenas, along with her super selective memory has done me in. And so many texts with “Rob”, she seemed to really enjoy all that attention.
@@SheezaPI Same here, the times she had selective amnesia speaks volumes. I have no sympathy towards her at all and wish she would be tried as a co-conspirator. The only reason she is now testifying is because she must.
Lori is not the only person who lied. Melanie lied to LE and claimed that she had JJ with her. She knew that Charles was deemed a zombie and then he died. Same with Tammy. First a zombie, then dead. Next thing Tylee is deemed a zombie and goes missing. Not a trace of her or her belongings in "her" bedroom. Then JJ is deemed a zombie and goes missing and Melanie lied for her? She was in on all of this and later tried saving her own butt. You should be feeling sorry for the murdered people and their loved ones.....
I don't feel sorry for Gibbs this woman participated in "Castings" aka witchcraft of the darkest kind, wishing warm on people. When ask if she participated in "Castings" on JJ and Tylee, she didn't recall. It's a yes or no question. I call BS! She knows more than she is saying and needs to speak up if she cares about justice.
She and David, her husband, was there on the last night JJ was seen. They are probably married so they won't have to testify against each other.
Detectives should have subpoenaed their phone records for sure.
They were all cozy that group.she was at Lori's before after ,and during JJs disappearance. But know .s nothing.

No, Melanie did not plot with Lori to kill JJ with Chad knowing nothing. There are two irrefutable facts:
1. Chad told Tammy that he shot a raccoon on his property and buried it in the pet cemetery. That was where Alex and Chad buried little JJ. Why would he tell Tammy that? Because if the neighbors heard a shot, and if Tammy saw that freshly dug up spot, he had created a story to explain it. So we know Chad was involved with JJ's death AND burial.
2. Melanie Gibbs was in the house when Alex carried JJ from the car upstairs apparently sleeping. JJ had been drugged or was already dead. Melanie saw them carry him up and said so later in testimony. She was not involved.
3. Melanie lied about JJ to cover for Lori, because Lori asked her to. Melanie thought it had something to do with Kay Woodcock wanting JJ and Lori keeping him away from her. When Melanie realized the implications of the lie, she told the police on her own volition that she had lied. So she had nothing to do with that and did the right thing.
The 3 culprits were Lori, Chad, and Alex. After they had no further use for Alex, he was disposed of too, under the guise of a heart attack. Alex was murdered too. I have no doubt that once Chad outlived his purpose, Lori would dispose of him too. At the heart of this evil, is Lori. She is the mastermind behind every death. She got Alex to kill Joe Ryan, then Charles Vallow, then pulled in Chad to kill Tylee and JJ, then persuaded Chad to kill his wife for the insurance money. Then they killed off Alex.
There was a first attempt on Tammy's life when Alex tried to shoot her but failed.
There was a shooting attempt on Brandon Boudreaux's life when he was divorcing Melanie Boudreaux, Lori's niece.
If Brandon had died, Melanie would have killed off her 'zombie dark children' next. Melanie was 100% under Lori's influence, no one else. Lori started killing long before she met Chad.
Lori took the money from Tylee and JJ's disability payments, veteran's benefits, and collected on insurance money. She manipulated the men around her to do her bidding. She found fellow sociopaths in both Alex and Chad, but she was the mastermind.

Yes! Insurance company CAN “claw back” the money. They do it all the time.
This may be long. I think it was planned for JJ to be killed in the days AFTER Gibb’s visit. I don’t think Vallow was stupid enough to kill JJ with two witnesses in the house. I do think Daybell had prepared the gravesite ahead of time. I think JJ had a rough night and had a meltdown which resulted in him being injured or killed in attempts to subdue him. I think Warwick was awakened by the noise from Vallow’s room. I think Gibb & Warwick essentially “pulled the covers over their heads and went back to sleep” so they didn’t have to face the reality of what they might have thought was going on in Vallow’s room. I think Vallow locked the door and was waiting for Alex to come get JJ to take him to Daybell’s to be buried. Remember Daybell was a sexton. JJ’s grave had boards and rocks on top, creating a kind of improvised vault. Alex could not have done that in 17 minutes without someone having prepared the gravesite ahead of time (recall that large tree roots were cut to make room for the body).
I think Ms. Blake’s manner of handling Agent Hart’s testimony was actually more effective. The jurors could read the text and then Agent Hart shared his impressions. So, in this instance, I think Prior didn’t help himself by objecting to the texts being read. Thank goodness !!
Lori and Chad wanted everyone with blood on their hands so they would keep quiet. Imho that night they tried to cast out the zombie from JJ. They bound his hands, feet and mouth. But they killed him. Then they buried the poor kid. Of course I wasn’t there, but it is my humble opinion. David didn’t have a nightmare, he witnessed or all of them witnessed the killing of JJ. The story of going looking for land to buy it, it is not true. They were looking to buried a body.

John Prior was just telling his own story. The State blew a few objections today. Prior was running circles around Melanie, I actually felt bad for her a few times when she completely missed how he twisted her into an accomplice.

▶️ Melanie (Arizona) and David (Utah) met at a conference a few years back. They both have minor children from previous marriages, and so, stay near their home state. 2 of Melanie's 4 boys have autism. Also, David has a construction business he needs to stay near.
So no conspiracy on that? I was wondering if it was only to not get a divorce in case of prosecution in the future. Thanks for posting. I did not know Melanie has two special kids.

Those texts are absolutely hilarious because they’re so crazy and stupid gross in many parts, but also highly disturbing knowing what these two freaks did.
Well, there are more freaks in this story. The group was large, and they all, one way or another believed that crap and got divorced and marry to another. These conferences were not to learn about God, but a match maker for couples. Gross.

This case should be a lesson to many who ever involved in religious cults or any cult ?it appears some can be easily mislead .
I think this group was just feeding off of each other. All Lori had to do was ask "is this person dark?" and Chad gave her the answer she obviously wanted. They were both completely in sync in their mutual goals removing obstacles to having "too many children." I think these goals/all the murders were Loris ideas based on her pattern with exes. She tried to kill Joe Ryan for years before she met Chad. She was always incredibly manipulative and excelled at turning people against each other and isolating Tylee. She didn't want Tylee around but wanted her money. Both Chad and Lori wanted to believe they were the most special people on earth. Both are on the severe end of the narcissist/ASPD spectrum, which is why they thought they were "soul mates."
I also cant help but think that these alternative names they were giving people were a way to hide the identity of who they were planning on killing next, because they thought they were so smart and could never get caught because nothing directly linked them to the murders with the use of Alex and his subsequent death, which I am certain was also planned, because like Tylee, he was a witness as the main suspect. They really thought there was no way they could be charged with anything, with dead kids in Chads yard while he writes a book about their whole stupid affair. His lack of intelligence is truly something to behold.

@@lindam1227 yes, right? I don't think she was afraid they will find her hair with the bodies. She visite them constantly. Transfer can happen and be explained. My theory was that MG and David were there, trying to cast the zombie out of JJ, but something went wrong and they killed him. But it is speculation. The four of them and Alex were there. Well, we will never know what happened for sure.

I believe BOTH Melanie's and Zulema are guilty. WHY the prosecution hasn't charged any of them is an enigma to me.
We should not even wonder about that. It is 100% sure she knows. Also Audrey B knows a lot. MBP is guilty at least of trying to kill her ex husband Brandon. David didn’t dream about what was going on with JJ, they witnessed what happened to JJ. They are horrible people.

@laurenmay2098 I imagine (have not heard or read) when she called and recorded L and C who put her in speakerphone as they were together, she had secured legal advise by then, or more likely after she agreed to go to Frozen , where soon after she called L.E. back and revealed more truthful version.

Nate you are hilarious talking about the "storm." I love courtroom insider rather than wasting hours listening to Prior is annoying. If he continues with that attitude, jurors will begin to dislike him and Chad and the jurors will be thinking blah, blah. Prior is actually hurting Chad's case. Having been a juror before that's what happens.
I think his lawyer can do his job without his agressiveness he is just making the witnesses nervous so they will get confused

She was in for sure. The problem is the police gathering enough evidence to convict her. So they made a deal with the devil to make sure at least Lori and Chad go to prison. Co-conspirator to me were all of the inner circle friends.
