Yes! The only tiny victory in the midst of all this senseless murder of people who should still be with us. Charles tried to alert people, but everyone was taken in by Lori, the manipulating, pretty blonde with the giggle. If only her ugliness showed, they all would still be alive. 😢
Welllll.....IMO....Big mistake that he didn't TELL her. He might not have been killed...she was eagerly expecting million dollar life insurance..Lorie had no problem w divorce and she would have gotten significant child support for JJ. Chad couldn't divorce bc he believed that would ruin his standing in the church PLUS reduce his assets by half.

Prior is such a pain to watch. He never gets enough of hearing his own voice, and will prolong the nonsensical cross-examination for as long as he can.

He tried to get removed from representing Chad Daybell, because he doesn’t do “capital punishment” cases, he wasn’t prepared to do all of the work this case would involve without some help, and he’d be working for free, which isn’t fair to him bc Chad can’t pay him. Prior owns Daybell’s house and property. I don’t know what he bills per hour. This trial is not going to be good advertisement for him. If his job is to get the death sentence for Daybell, then his performance has been outstanding. If his job is to do his best for his client, then he hasn’t been doing his job. His performance in court, is helping me to believe that Chad Daybell is so guilty! Not that I needed to be persuaded. If Prior’s job is to throw this case, then he’s doing an “ok” job.😏😏
You do realize that if he does a bad job, Chad Daybell has grounds for a mistrial by claiming he had ineffective counsel, right? He’s doing his job. Someone HAS to defend Chad Daybell. It’s the law. Hating the defense counsel because you want Daybell to lose is ignorant. We all want him to go down. But he’ll be on death row with plenty of time for appeals. I hope Prior does well enough to prove he’s been effective counsel.
She seemed somewhat innocent and had likely only seen an assault style weapon in that context, not familiar with guns. It couldn't be real! And if her kids gave a d...n they'd be here to testify to that. And if he gave a d...n he'd have called 911.
Why wasn’t Chad all upset when Tammy was almost shot in the driveway? Did he talk to the police or ask any questions about it? My husband would have been livid and looking for the perpetrator and bugging police about it!
State's last witness is tomorrow; then it is on to the defense's case-in-chief... can't wait to hear what Chad's children have to say, although I may have to get a few barf bags ready for that.

The only thing that can do is shake my head and say " OMFG, what is wrong with these people?" It's a win win for Chad. Her children are out of his way and at the same time, his children are safe. For Lori to go along with this and her laughing and giggling makes me so angry 🤬. More than anything, life in prison, "run-ins" with other inmates 😉. I hope one day she snaps back into reality and actually feels the pain of what she has done to her children. And I hope that pain is too much for her to bear.

They think he was framed by Lori and Alex. They’ve chosen not to watch the trial, which is why they haven’t been present in the courtroom. Some people just don’t want to face the truth.
The purely rectangular gravesites in the photos to me, prove Chad Daybell was involved in actually digging the graves because the Sexton would dig a purely rectangular gravesite. Alex Cox would've just dug a hole that seems logical to me-I wish they would have another Sexton on to make that point to show the rectangular Graves they dig if you look at all criminals who bury a body out in the woods somewhere the graves are always round or without a shape
I was watching the testimony of when they found Tylee’s charm necklace at the burial site. They showed the photo of the necklace that had been collected, then directly after that photo, they showed a photo of Tylee wearing the necklace. The prosecution left the photo up for quite a while, and it was like Tylee was looking over the courtroom, saying I’ve come back to get you Chad. I got goosebumps. R.I.P. Charles, Tylee, JJ, Tammy

I can't help but think the outcome may have been different for Tammy if she could have heard Charles out. We dont know what got in the way of that, but it certainly would have benefitted her to be aware that her husbands' mistress was down in Az talking "my powers" and making statements like, "I can murder you" to Charles. She may have figured out the attempted shooting in her driveway was NOT a prank, was NOT a paintball gun, but a sincere attempt to end her life. It makes me so sad, she was a loyal and loving wife to Chad. She wouldn't even consider Charles' accusation against Chad. That's how loyal she was to her husband. She certainly did deserve better. She deserved to be loved. It's truly heartbreaking. 😢💔
Unfortunately, Charles warned Lori that he would be sending Tammy an email outlining the affair between Chad and Lori. Chad knew all of Tammy's passwords, and he went in and deleted the message from Charles and then blocked him from sending further messages to Tammy. Charles made a mistake by telling Lori that he was going to send that message to Tammy.
His job is to create a reasonable doubt. He’s doing what he’s supposed to do. It’s the prosecutions job to prove otherwise. They are doing a great job, luckily

I don’t understand the standard of experts not being allowed to have their notes. They wrote them, signed off on them. The same with witnesses when it comes to letters, diaries, texts. How is remembering the time and date relevant?
While listening to the jail call between Chad & Lori, Chad's laughing and gaslighting of Lori and Lori fawning all over him, a thought came to me. What if Chad is a true predator/con-man, and his plan all along was to have all this happen except him excepting to have Charles life insurance money($1M). Lori in jail and Chad then having all of the money for himself. He lied to Tammy, his kids and others, why not lie to Lori as well.

I don't think so. I think Chad wanted to feel like he was important and Lori gave him the attention that he craved. I think Tammy got sick of listening to Chad talk about end times and stuff like that and probably rolled her eyes. Chad had to make up a life in order to fulfill what he couldn't do in his own life. He really was just a loser that was too lazy to find a real job so he published stories that ended up being more and more fiction each one that he did. Laurie knew she could manipulate Chad into doing anything and I think Chad also felt that he had the power to tell people what to do. Absolutely anything is possible but I don’t think so. Even a psych0path “falls in love”. Now, they don’t REALLY, but then again no one fails in love that fast but they FEEL it. That’s 100% dopamine in the brain. Point is- psych0paths feel pretty much only 2 emotions: anger and excitement (and extreme boredom when not stimulated- this is why they “thrill k!ll” ). They aren’t allowed to testify to things like that. You could ask and Alex googled blah blah how many day after Tammy Daybell reported an attempted shooting? But I’m not sure even that would be allowed. They expect the jury to make the connections from the evidence supplied.

The prosecutor is doing a fabulous job; the defense is not. However, in fairness to the defense, they have nothing to work with. This is a slam dunk case.
I'm wondering about the deleted picture from Tammie's phone the night she died. Do you think Tammie took a picture of Alex or Chad coming into her room? Alex possibly dressed all in black? Chad sending a picture of his dead wife to Lori?

I think this might get Chad DP for Tammy. He plotted her death twice and was successful the second time. Its obvious he helped dismember Tylee's body and burned and buried her. Its also obvious that he at least prepared the grave for JJ if nothing else. He had a controlling position in every death in this case. Life without parole will be the bare minimum for those crimes. It will be interesting to see what the defense can bring forward to shield Chad from his crimes.

Today's mention of a knife, a saw and a Dremel being found in Laurie (or Alex's) garage completes the link between Laurie's apartment, Alex Cox's apartment and Chad's house on the night Tylee died. These tools are likely the source of the 'sawing', 'stabbing' marks found on Tylee's bones. Laurie was right there. That is why she said something about 'trash bags' when she was in Hawaii. She wanted to impress on the woman she was threatening that she could dispose of a body... without saying that she had done it before.
Chad is regretting not bargaining for a plea deal. State has slammed the hammer fiercely, more than Lori. He is no Trump although he would like to get that pass 😮.
How do we know the State offered a plea deal? I don’t think they did. It has to come from the prosecuting attorney’s office, it can’t come from the defense.

WOW, that was a revealing conversation between Chad & Lori about the "blueprints" of their "project". Lori actually started crying and asked Chad why they weren't "made aware" that there was going to be trouble, and how was she supposed to lead the project from inside a prison cell. Finally signs of doubt are surfacing. Tragically it's too little, too late. I'm beginning to think she really believed all that crazy talk. I mean, she's still reading scriptures to Chad over the phone. I think she was in it for the spiritual glory and he was obviously just in it for the sex.

Idaho currently have 8 people on death row, in fact in February of this year Thomas Creech was tied in the chair but they were unable to keep a line open on him. I truly wonder if the death penalty sentence will be more difficult for citizens to sentence it. So, me myself, would be able to sentence death, I hope these jurors can. This is just my commentary, no rush to judgment of my personal views thus I will not argue with anyone, it’s not me.
In this case…..even with not being a DP advocate….I’d have no problem with it. Prison is worse for Lori because she has to watch her gorgeous self shrivel up. My attitude changed as to DP starting with Darrell Brooks. Now with Chad. Lori…I didn’t care. It takes so long for the sentence to be carried out. But that’s ok. I am a firm believer in an eye for an eye and I believe that if the justice system would abide by this it would without a doubt cut out much of the violence done to people. Such as if a person is stabbed 58 times and then tortured by whatever means that same exact act should happen to them, with robotics I have no doubt a robot could do the deed without actually having to have a human being inflict any of this on the guilty person or persons. None of this sitting around getting 3 meals a day, recreational time, tv time, iPads , medical, etc etc for 30 years or more all on the taxpayers dime. It’s ridiculous!

When she got off the phone she said something like “Stupid! He can’t do anything on his own!” I’d like to know the date of that because I’m thinking it’s either when he tried to shoot Tammy or Brandon. I don’t think they’ve connected that unless I missed it.

The only thing that can do is shake my head and say " OMFG, what is wrong with these people?" It's a win win for Chad. Her children are out of his way and at the same time, his children are safe. For Lori to go along with this and her laughing and giggling makes me so angry 🤬. More than anything, life in prison, "run-ins" with other inmates 😉. I hope one day she snaps back into reality and actually feels the pain of what she has done to her children. And I hope that pain is too much for her to bear.

The purely rectangular gravesites in the photos to me, prove Chad Daybell was involved in actually digging the graves because the Sexton would dig a purely rectangular gravesite. They showed the photo of the necklace that had been collected, then directly after that photo, they showed a photo of Tylee wearing the necklace. The prosecution left the photo up for quite a while, and it was like Tylee was looking over the courtroom, saying I’ve come back to get you Chad. I got goosebumps. R.I.P. Charles, Tylee, JJ, Tammy

I can't help but think the outcome may have been different for Tammy if she could have heard Charles out. We dont know what got in the way of that, but it certainly would have benefitted her to be aware that her husbands' mistress was down in Az talking "my powers" and making statements like, "I can murder you" to Charles. She may have figured out the attempted shooting in her driveway was NOT a prank, was NOT a paintball gun, but a sincere attempt to end her life. It makes me so sad, she was a loyal and loving wife to Chad. She wouldn't even consider Charles' accusation against Chad. That's how loyal she was to her husband. She certainly did deserve better. She deserved to be loved. It's truly heartbreaking. 😢💔

Unfortunately, Charles warned Lori that he would be sending Tammy an email outlining the affair between Chad and Lori. Chad knew all of Tammy's passwords, and he went in and deleted the message from Charles and then blocked him from sending further messages to Tammy. Charles made a mistake by telling Lori that he was going to send that message to Tammy.

While listening to the jail call between Chad & Lori, Chad's laughing and gaslighting of Lori and Lori fawning all over him, a thought came to me. What if Chad is a true predator/con-man, and his plan all along was to have all this happen except him excepting to have Charles life insurance money($1M). Lori in jail and Chad then having all of the money for himself. He lied to Tammy, his kids and others, why not lie to Lori as well.
I suspect this is the reason why the death penalty is on Chad's menu.

I think this might get Chad DP for Tammy. He plotted her death twice and was successful the second time. Its obvious he helped dismember Tylee's body and burned and buried her. Its also obvious that he at least prepared the grave for JJ if nothing else. He had a controlling position in every death in this case. Life without parole will be the bare minimum for those crimes. It will be interesting to see what the defense can bring forward to shield Chad from his crimes.

Today's mention of a knife, a saw and a Dremel being found in Laurie (or Alex's) garage completes the link between Laurie's apartment, Alex Cox's apartment and Chad's house on the night Tylee died.
These tools are likely the source of the 'sawing', 'stabbing' marks found on Tylee's bones. Laurie was right there. That is why she said something about 'trash bags' when she was in Hawaii. She wanted to impress on the woman she was threatening that she could dispose of a body... without saying that she had done it before.

WOW, that was a revealing conversation between Chad & Lori about the "blueprints" of their "project". Lori actually started crying and asked Chad why they weren't "made aware" that there was going to be trouble, and how was she supposed to lead the project from inside a prison cell. Finally signs of doubt are surfacing. Tragically it's too little, too late. I'm beginning to think she really believed all that crazy talk. I mean, she's still reading scriptures to Chad over the phone. I think she was in it for the spiritual glory and he was obviously just in it for the sex.
Sometimes I feel that Lori really believes all of the supernatural nonsense, but then I always think of the money. All that life insurance and social security was the real motive, and she told herself to believe in all the other stuff to justify it with herself.

Idaho currently have 8 people on death row, in fact in February of this year Thomas Creech was tied in the chair but they were unable to keep a line open on him. I truly wonder if the death penalty sentence will be more difficult for citizens to sentence it. So, me myself, would be able to sentence death, I hope these jurors can. This is just my commentary, no rush to judgment of my personal views thus I will not argue with anyone, it’s not me.

I am a firm believer in an eye for an eye and I believe that if the justice system would abide by this it would without a doubt cut out much of the violence done to people. Such as if a person is stabbed 58 times and then tortured by whatever means that same exact act should happen to them, with robotics I have no doubt a robot could do the deed without actually having to have a human being inflict any of this on the guilty person or persons. None of this sitting around getting 3 meals a day, recreational time, tv time, iPads , medical, etc etc for 30 years or more all on the taxpayers dime. It’s ridiculous!
