Whoa I’m going through the same exact thing Mo and I’m slowly starting to have the same realizations, thank you for this video man because now I realize I’m not alone and that doesn’t take away from the fact that whatever I’m, you , or anyone for that matter is going through is less significant but instead that loneliness is something that a lot of people go through and that people can get through and come out stronger and a better person. Also if you ever have the time I’d love to talk to you and just learn from you man! keep it up love the content you put out and the things you do inspire me to be a better whole person.
Currently at my lowest point in life. I had to come back to this video to help me realize I need to get better. Seriously appreciate this Mo. This has motivated me to work hard and get myself out of this fucking hole I’m in.
Bro, i cant imagine how a person like you can go have depression again. Well, you know what? I lived very dropped in depression for long years, being fat and very scared of do things in life. And well, after watch a tons of your videos, i got out of depression. But im still afraid to do so much things, and sometimes i get sad. But im go happy too, and do various other things that i was not do before. Today i has a normal body, little chubby at times, but very normal, and i gained a lot of confidence. All because YOU fucking motivate me, bro! YOU! Do you have any idea how many people got the same because of you? My dream of life is do what you do, bro. You is the most confident guy that i see in youtube, and i try to go confident like you. And yes, i cant do 50% that what you can. But bro, before i cannot do 10%. Now you made me a man, and I FUCKING LOVE YOU! Remember, depression is your mind vs your mind... Sometimes you needs to be grateful. The life is beaultiful, maravileous, is a big party, a super big party. Or the life is a infernal, disgraced and sad. It's all about point of view
he made me find my love for the gym, which I don't think I would be alive now without, and now I'm on the track to success, a few times I have sad nights, and think about how I have no friends blah de blah, but then I wake up, hit the gym and all my problems are gone, like alcohol but good lol. Used to cry 3-4 times a week just over how sad I was and how I meant nothing to anybody, but that's only happened about 3 times this year, and he also motivates me to read, not meditating yet, I'm working on it though. I accredit my life to him, don't think I would be alive if it weren't for him, he does make me feel like I'm missing out sometimes however as he goes to festivals and meets friends often, both of which I don't do.
I appreciate the fuck that he still has humor in this situation. Even though he talking about probably shittest time of his life, he still finds something funny about it. Respect the fuck out of you Mo👏👏
The talk about moderate discomfort was so true man, I think you would be surprise at how many dudes that watch you get into the same ruts and just bottle that shit up. Appreciate you spreading the advice about laughing at yourself, best way to get over yourself like you said. Being stressed but content is better than being unhappy.
Hey Mo, I’ve just broken up with my girlfriend of 4 years today and possibly had one of the worst final years of uni you could imagine due to many reasons. I’m in a massive hole right now. I just wanted to thank you for this video, I’ve come back to it many times during this year and even remember the time you uploaded it. Your a proper inspiration mate and I’m gonna go sort my shit out, then come back to this comment in a few months. Big Love Mo, thank you x
I have only had wifi for an hour and after redownloading youtube and my apps, the first thing i did was scroll down to your uploads and saw this. Full Respect Mo
I clicked instantly on this video! 🙃 I really appreciate you being real and telling us fans what your feeling. We’d rather you be real like this than keep up some bullshit front. Obviously it’s hard to be real about this stuff but it’s worth it. It’s good mentally for you too, as you probably know. It’s very therapeutic to get this kind of thing off your chest.
Feels Mo. You can find your Joy back man. Watch your videos for a long time, you always seem like a top bloke. you definitely eventually will get more cuz man you totally deserve it. hope this gets to you. All the best
Bro you fully influenced me to quit my job and be a personal trainer and actually do shit that made me happy, your videos helped me get through serious depression.
Thank you for your honesty. Depression can be a lonely space. Sometimes I think as people we have forgotten how to talk to eachother about things that we feel will change how others think of us. Glad you made this video.
So perfect, I love how real this vid is honestly, the struggles are real rn especially in the uk keep battling things will go your way eventually I'm sure.
Sometimes i think people can forget what real happiness and joy feels like , we sort of go down this rabbit hole of " just getting on with things" and having these sick mindsets and just cracking on and doing well in what we want to do well in ... and thats great ... but sometimes then the things you enjoy can feel like hard work and what you once found happiness in becomes a second job . But yeah this is kinda from my own experience This isnt me being like " oh yeah im so dedicated " Im just saying it can make you depressed if you get too serious with anything Only a minute into the video writing this ... but thought id write it because i feel like its good to share Keep killing it mo , you've done well to get to where you are , never give up , you've certainly got the ball rolling and now its just consistency Leon
Mo, I’ve only recently found your channel and mate I’m fucking glad I found it. I know telling you to not beat yourself up is pretty futile but man your channel is sick, your editing is the bollocks and if you keep pumping out good content like you already are then your sub count will defo reflect it. I hope you get yourself back on track mate, would hate to see less uploads from you :)
Thats why I think school is great and we should be grateful for it. It makes our mind work and we are constantly around other people communicating and talking. I constantly wait for summer breaks but when they come most of the time I am alone not really knowing what to do with myself, even tho I do hang out and party with my friends the connection isn't there constantly, you are more isolated. Thats why I like school, I am happy when I am around others.
this was amazing for you to share! there are so many out there feeling the same feelings and too proud/scared/ashamed to express how low they're feeling. i, among many i'm sure, needed to see this today. thanks for giving us all a sense that we aren't the only ones having some low times, that we aren't alone, and how important it is to share/vent.
HMB for the depression, right? Lol love your videos so much Mo. Don't you ever quit this you are way too talented. I know exactly where you've been, I've often thought about going into my dad's gun locker and end it. I'm actively trying to change, I need stimulous and moving to this small town sucks. I've met this girl though and she's fuckin awesome. Life's going up, I finish school next year, 4.0 I'm happy. Thank you so much Mo.
I just discovered your videos and I gotta say you deserve so much more than you have but I know you will get soo much better as well . I will continue binge watching them ( minus the binging because cutting atm ...) 😎👍🏻
Tim Ferris’s gratitude 5 minute journaling has changed my life, bro. I’ve done it every day since last October and it’s an absolute game changer. Constantly reminding yourself morning and night about what you’re doing is key to constant progress. Thank you for opening up, Mo
Just in a really shite place in my life and I know this video helped me when I was depressed and now I'm really going through it. Thanks for this video, always helps me.
It'll pass mate, thing I've learnt since this is this period in my life is the shit times are inevitable, but they will be easier if you keep moving and know that you'll get through it
Mo you are young man! The positive thing about being worried/depressed about your personal development is that: 1) You clearly realize what things you would like to be doing (wake up early, read etc). 2) What you are lacking is a strong reason WHY you should be doing all of this. Stop for a second and ask yourself "Why am I doing this anyway?" Try as hard as you can to find a powerful reason behind your actions. Motivation doesn't come from what you do but from WHY YOU DO WHAT YOU DO. Peace out bro ❤
I love this so much man, please keep doing what you’re doing - i’m going through a hard time myself and have fucked up a lot recently. This video means so much to me, stay strong brother 💪🏻
100% respect to you brah I'm glad your feeling better and I felt depression as well it stop me from working out and being me in self control. But honestly, rn I don't have a friend at my school which succccck like being alone... but even tho it's true that I have no one to motive me to get better or a mom or dad to support me (I'm a foster child btw) I'm not just gonna give up!! I want to be the person who I know I can become so with you being totally honest to me I can understand the pain
I can relate to this quite a lot, especially given that I'm also from Cornwall (St. Ives boy). Going through the same thing at the moment and have done for some time, and the gym is one of the only things that has kept me going when depression was at its worst. Having both long and short term goals and something to aim for really helps.
I just got out of this and it feels good to be out of that, which means things get better hang in there ! I also realized that everything happens for a reason, i turned the worst into the best.
I don't think this was a sad video at all its pretty relatable and I can bet there are loads of people who have gone through this period in their life I also agree with how you said its to do with our genetic makeup and how we aren't adapted to living this sedentary/social media/ lifestyle I also definitely think podcasts and exposing yourself to new information daily is a good way to challenge yourself especially if you're not in uni/school anymore. And thanks for making this video I think its going to help a lot of people and I'm glad you're happy again because happiness is what its all about !!!!
Glad you made the video mo, started a physically demanding job and had the exact same feeling and lost all motivation still feel like shit going in the gym after 9 and half hours but smash through it

I feel like almost everyone goes through this mood in their own way and it 100% sucks. You have to remember that it gets better if your determine to make it better. One step at a time homies.
Mfw the guy who motivated me to train harder while I was stressed and depressed is now depressed. As a viewer, make a chart and set goals and achieve them. Making a chart can really help. Cheers bro.
Authenticity is actually the best way forward, I actually relate to this so much!! Thanks a fucking bunch for making this video, it is eye opening! Cheers Mo :)
Keep your head up dude, you’ve motivated thousands of people. Go to some festivals with friends etc, plan events, go hang out with David Laid again. We’re all gonna make it brah

Huge respect. Straight up raw truth.
Morning routine video please 👍🏻
Carry on what your doing mo because you are a inspiration to many bro
Hey man, been really fucking depressed back in 2017, my life consisted of pretty much the same as you explained.
Didnt do anything, barely seeing friends, I left uni, sat in my room wasting my time watching random youtube vids, scrolling through social media, only went out to the gym. It got so bad I even got suicidal thoughts and that's when I decided to get help.
Maybe medication can help, but one thing is for certain, therapy fucking works wonders (if its a good therapist) so try to get your mind back, dont let it get messier and messier.
what's so shitty about depression is that the only thing that can change it is actually doing things, but you have no motivation to do so, so in order to get back that motivation (and im not talking about motivation to idk, start a carreer or whatever, Im talking about even the most little things like, going to the gym, going out with friends) you'll need to get your mind right.
Mental health is so fucking important, its sad not many people talk about it.
Thanks for being so genuine Mo, I love your work.
btw Im much better now, and the advice "stop keeping shit to yourself" is so fucking good, I always did that too.
I feel like almost everyone goes through this mood in their own way and it 100% sucks. You have to remember that it gets better if your determine to make it better. One step at a time homies.
You are funny, smart and real. Keep up the vids. I will always be a subscriber. Feel better and hope you keep going forward.
Stay strong brother

Authenticity is actually the best way forward, I actually relate to this so much!!
Thanks a fucking bunch for making this video, it is eye opening!

Big ups to you brother! Takes big ass balls to make a video like this- well done 💪
Incredible, you got this!!
You're a good bloke Mo, keep grafting bro
Sending love to you Mo x
Hey man, I can totally relate to your situation. I fell into a deep depression myself and it sucks. Many things I once loved and enjoyed felt completely meaningless. I realized I needed to step out of my comfort zone and change up the way I've been living. Anyways I did a bit of research before stumbling upon your video and I heard you say that you suffer from arthritis and supposedly a buildup of calcium and inorganic minerals in our joints causes such ailments. The supplement to use is boron, which can be found in borax which here in the states is sold as laundry powder. Interesting but after doing a lot of research these types of modalities are everywhere and are hidden from common knowledge. Check it out, hope this helps. Peace Brother
Love you brother, so relatable
