Thank you so much for the review of the Royal Palm club level.I totally agree,the refurbishments look amazing but I was so disappointed with the limited choice and amount of food and snack options.Disney appears to have really cut back on this,especially taking away the soup and cold cut options.There definitely seems to be a lot less on offer.I wonder what the latest offerings would be for the club level guests in the Sugarloaf building.I am impressed that tomato juice was on offer,whenever I travel to Orlando,I usually have a hard time finding any to buy in stores.Thank you again❤️
Hi @misssugarcookie5645 thanks for watching! Yes, tomato juice is not always available, and I like ginger ale, so I was happy about that. The snack time offering used to be awesome, so sad they took the extra options away.

The problem with GF is the lack of pools. Needs an extra pool for DVC and another for convention hotel side. Four pools in total needed. Also they do not discourage pool hoping, need monitored gates and daily bracelets for hotel guests only. Guests should never have a problem attaining a pool chair at any time of the day.
@daisycocoa2557 It is very hard to get a pool chair! I don't understand why they can't make access restricted with a room card or magicband. They do it at the Beach and Yacht club pool. Paying that much money to stay there, you deserve a decent seat (or a seat at all).
We have stayed multiple times and NEVER have trouble getting a seat at the pool... hm. I love GF pools bc thr main pool is open ALL night. Maybe it's just the time of day we go??
Ohh it's open all night?!?!? We likely try to go during the busier times 🤣 I have had to sit on the ground before, but I was ok with it because I needed to be in the pool with the kids.
Thanks for the update! Some very strange design choices were made in this refurb. That fake marble tile is killing me.

@TrishA-cp5dx yes it was in in the main building. When I asked the cast member she said they had recently opened up the week before we stayed. Thanks for watching 😍

Thanks for reviewing it! I’m disappointed about the water. That was a nice perk bringing bottles to the parks. Refillable bottle is silly to me and speaks budget.
Strange question but did you see any flies? We stayed here in 2021 and there were lots of flies on the desserts and other foods. I’d wave my hand over the brownies and flies would fly all around that were sitting on them lol
@disneyshield, hi and thanks for watching! No, we didn't notice any bugs at all, especially flies. That is so bizarre. That would have grossed me out 🤢!

For the price of club level, the selection was so disappointing. I’ve heard great things about Poly and WL club level, but now wondering if they have reduced those options as well.

It’s crazy that they charge $200+ more per night for this.
Most people would be in the parks, so how often do people actually use this and make the most of it.
@smith9808 you are on target with this! Whenever we do stay club level, I feel the need to hang around the resort all day to "get my money's worth" 🤣. It also makes you want to eat out less...but the concierge staff are always excellent and so special. I would only consider it cost-effective if you drink a lot of alcohol and/or sodas, eat breakfast in the club, and somehow make the evening service your dinner. My kids actually love it (go figure) but the food is repetitive and nothing special. I wouldn't do more than 2-3 nights in a row at any of these clubs because you get tired of the options real quick.
Had dinner at Narcoossee's in Oct and peeked in on the lobby and surrounding areas. I can't wait to see all the updates for our trip in Oct 24 I really hope they get rid of that hideous (IMO) carpet in the main lobby.
@jamescolvin4463 yesss that carpet is outdated and doesn't match the new decor. How is Narcoossee's? We've never eaten there.

@MichaelBrown-cb7bh oh no, you hate it! It is definitely different from what it was. I think it's pretty but definitely not the traditional feel it used to have. They needed some kind of refurbishment though...I'm curious to see what the lobby is going to look like 🤔
Definitely recommend! Food was the best we have experienced at Disney. Service was pretty slow. Not sure if it was just a one off or a normal occurrence, but my wife and daughters loved it. @@yolofamilytravels
