Oh no @CruisingWithElena that's terrible. I have to admit the "feel" is a little hotel-esque (think Hilton for example) and it felt isolated to me. Definitely did not feel Disney when I walked in so I can see why you felt that way.

Hi @lindaburcham9602 thanks for watching. No, I did not. I think Disney has higher quality food. I still think it's convenient to do this at Universal if it isn't too much more than a regular room. No hot breakfast and a very small selection at the other services don't compare to Disney.

Hi @ninak1341 the representative never mentioned to us any stipulations regarding employment. Maybe that is new?? We were never asked about our employment status before or during the presentation. The presentation was over within the 2 hrs and we did not feel pressured.

Hi @jaywilliams8608 I'm so glad you have had great experiences. Maybe we visited when they were very busy, but we had trouble getting seats during evening service and breakfast service on two visits. I do want to try them again, though, because it has been about a year and a half since we stayed.

I agree that the main lobby is beautiful but it can get a bit crowded.

The night of Jollywood, ask the concierge staff if they can bring a plate of desserts to your room since you'll miss that service during the party. Thanks for the tip @VegasJonny Luckily, when we were there, the bus we were on was only going to All Star Music. I did ask the driver if they use one bus for all 3 resorts and he said sometimes but I guess we were lucky 😅 Happy Holidays to you as well 😍🎅

Hi @Mitchellfamily7814, yes book that one but then you must call and request that they put you in the tower club. There is no longer a "guaranteed" tower club room unless you book a 1 or 2 bedroom suite that specifically states "tower club access" I hope this helps!!!

@Mitchellfamily7814 hey there! No, you will only be allowed to visit the club you are assigned to. Atrium Club is on the 12th floor, and Tower Club is on the 14th floor.

@judym8735 thanks for watching and commenting! They have a "child" option every night. I haven’t seen pizza before but I have seen chicken nuggets, hot dogs and pasta with marinara or meat sauce.

Hi @davidchampion7927 this reservation is really hard to snag! The way I did it was to book as soon as your dining reservation opens up (60 days prior to your resort stay) and book the last day of your trip first. Hope that helps!

Hi @annaholton3522 thanks for watching! So, you need to book a resort view club level room then call the Disney Reservation line and ask them to add a request to your reservation that you get tower club instead of atrium club. They will do their best to accommodate you.

It's about a 10 minute ride on the water total and their running schedule varies based on time of day. I would ask the desk when you check in. I've waited upwards of 20 minutes at MK waiting for the boat to bring me back.

@yolofamilytravels thanks for the reply. I'm kind of torn between this and contemporary. Wilderness looks nice but contemporary walkable to magic so still deciding. Think Wilderness tho. Appreciate the message back

@Jay-anti-dad-bod sure not a problem at all! Walking to MK is very nice!! I do like the ambiance of the Wilderness Lodge better. It's really a toss-up, and you'll enjoy either one! Enjoy your trip!
