@@yolofamilytravels YES, Disney Concierge level is out of control price wise! PRESTIGE was only $150 more on top of regular room rate for 2, when I was there!

@yolofamilytravels I usually fly down to Disneyland on the first SW flight to Orange County (Santa Ana) spend the day and then last flight to Vegas home! Traffic in southern California is a nightmare!
I was a guest relations host at Magic Kingdom 2014-2018, I took advantage of my CM 50% hotel rate and did all the luxury resorts and most Concierge levels , my favorite probably Kilimanjaro Safari Club.
We have stayed club level at Disney's Grand Floridian a couple of times now. The 1st time (about 3 years ago) had more food offerings and the cost was a lot lower. This last time (July 2024) cost way more, at least $200 more and the food selections wasn't the best.
I haven't stayed at Universal because of being more of a Disney fan, but I might have to give it a try.
Hi @patricamcelory4306 totally agree with you on this one! They increased the price and decreased the quality 😒. I'm more of a Disney fan myself plus we only have Disney AP not Universal, but we will definitely be trying them again.
I have only down club level at Contemporary and Yacht Club, they were expensive though but the service was amazing and food was pretty good. I only do it for special occasion, I have heard Coronado Springs is very nice club level so I want to check the one out soon.

We stayed at the Portofino and Yacht Club pre COVID. The Portofino was not club level, but we still got express passes, has this changed? We did stay club level at Yacht Club and loved it. Coming from England we booked well ahead and received a letter from the Regatta Club six months before our stay. They asked what restaurants they could book for us and to let them know nearer the time what fast passes we wanted for rides (you could book three a day). I also loved the fact that we could still use the club lounge in the afternoon, as we had an evening flight. I really enjoy your videos and have you on “watch all” alert. Take care.
Hi @alicepinder5671 thanks for the wonderful comment and for tuning in! The concierge staff really are wonderful. You still get express pass without club level at Portofino so that has not changed 😃. Often times I receive a phone call from the Disney concierge staff prior to arrival to check in and see if we have any special needs or requests. The email from Portofino basically said the same thing but was an email and not a phone call. Thanks for subscribing and for the support! Disney wins it sounds like but yes prices r crazy we did bounce back but those are limited bounce back offers room category r very limited
@CruisingWithElena Yessss so expensive now, it really makes me sad 😫. The bounceback offers are limited and I end up on the phone for a long time unfortunately until I can find the right one 😅
Poly is 500 more for theme park view only room avilable too pricey
@CruisingWithElena you are 💯 correct! I just looked at GF and that one is about $600 more per night!!! I couldn't believe it!! It's just too much 🙄
Gf is the flagship resort of arguably the biggest & most timeless immersive bubble when it comes to media parks. If budget is the concern, you could try Main tower contemporary resort without club level
Disney is way too expensive compared to Universal. but did you know that you have access to the spa for the club at Universal,
Hi @yevettenavares5269 that's right!!!! I totally forgot about that. What exactly is in the spa and what is included? I had the kids and didn't even try to go in there because I didn't want to be a disruption.
More expensive because more timeless ip is at the Disney bubble
