      @@emptynestingdad1 I am happy to see this stuff going more mainstream, I’ve used peptides since the 1990s and was always a little bit uncertain how much was placebo effect and how much was real because there was no real data. But now we’ve got doctors like joy who picked up the torch and ran with it, making up for a lot of those last years where peptides were more or less just ignored by mainstream science

      First of all, congratulations for doing a great job for your own health! And as far as for anti-aging purposes, this is a big portion of our practice in Los Angeles, to help people stay young and vibrant.
      The antiaging protocol I use is one stem cell treatment every 3 to 6 months, although a person can even do it more frequently if they have the resources to do so. Dosage is calculate based on bodyweight, age and health issues, generally 1cc of our Stem Cell product for every 60 pounds of bodyweight.

    Wow Dr. Kong, this video is a long time coming, you are spot on in the perspective presented, philosophically correct, and the innate intelligence is an actual physical phenomena. I am very much impressed with this presentation. I too began my academic search for information on MSCs, in 2016, and have been continuing to this day. My experience with having a HSCT to cure the AML leukemia diagnosis which resulted with severe chronic GVHD due to the mismanagement of various oncologists and medical practitioners.
    After experiencing the life threatening effects of the standard of care medications prescribed to me to treat the chronic GVHD; I thought there must be another way. Over the following seven years I "binged researched" online and found (continue to find) a plethora of information on the possible positive effects of umbilical cord for many disease conditions.
    I like your reference to the quantum space where Dr. Richard Feynman PhD physicist, mentioned he was fascinated by the observation that at the sub-atomic particle level there was no linear motion components, it was "a jumble of waves" (me paraphrasing).
    Thank you Dr. Kong for your dedication and continued development of treatment potential of regenerative medicine.

    I appreciate you vetting out the vaccinated as donor material, also I believe you said in another video that you do test for Lyme as it seems not all clinics do. What lab is used to test for Lyme? I know that traditional testing for Lyme is difficult at times to get an accurate result. Is this something that's ever encountered in the stem cell world as well? I've heard quite a few people in the Lyme world end up seeking out more advanced testing like Igenex.
    And would infections be likely to express in a stem cell? As I understand it, native stem cells have the benefit of not expressing or maybe very minimal expression of the HLA markers but would the native cells also have less expression of potential pathogens or are pathogens able to express from any cell including native MSC's? Thank you for your helpful explanations.

    At the 22:32 min mark, you mentioned PRP (plasma-rich platelets). What about PRF (plasma-rich fibrin), which many doctors think is better than PRP? Also, what about stem cells from fat cells instead of from the umbilical cord? Dr, Glenn Terry of the GARM Clinic uses stem cells from a patient's fat, which they claim contains 500 TIMES more stem cells than blood or bone marrow.

    • @JoyKongMD
      @JoyKongMD  4 месяца назад

      New evidence is emerging showing that PRF may have some advantages over PRP. As to fat-derived stem cells, indeed there contain a lot more MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) as compared to bone marrow or blood-derived stem cells. However, when compared to umbilical cord-derived stem cells, if the umbilical cord tissue or amniotic membrane is used as the extraction source, there are vast number of MSCs, which are younger, more potent and safer (as explained in my presentation). That said, umbilical cord blood or bone marrow (their composition is similar) both contain other stem cell varieties lacking in cells obtained from fat or umbilical cord tissue alone. This is why at my clinic, we use cells from all 3 birth tissue sources: umbilical cord blood, cord tissue and amniotic membrane.
      If you are interested, I go into much greater depth in my analysis of the difference between cells obtained from different tissue sources: ruclips.net/video/_srondIUvAI/видео.htmlsi=ZbFHXnfWz_u8iulZ

    is there a way to get an extra vile of blood drawn, try refrigerating it and see if it produces any of those weird collagen strands that are being found by embalmers? after making my comment regarding people who are vaccinated, it occurred to me that with that possible phenomenon going on, it would probably be worthwhile to at least test for it in individuals being considered for some of these newer peptide and steel base treatments.

    My only comment is the source of stem cells, which is the umbilical cord, is taken from the mother without any informed consent of what this is being used for or any compensation provided. You mentioned this was being discarded in the past. However, this has become a lucrative money making medical intervention and the mother or family are not made aware that money is being generated from a part of her body, whether temporary or not. Feels like exploitation to me.
