Your big lot is going to be really nice as you get it landscaped out. You are getting yourself set up to enjoy the Philippines life the right way (for us expats). I just came across your youtube stuff today, youtube showed it to me on the side while I was looking at something else. So I will be looking at what you have put up as I go along. Nice that you decided to "take on" the process of showing your progress. One more quick tip...any open piping (like plumbing or kitchen exhaust vents), put a screen on it to keep the birds out (I learned from experience). They love things like pipes during nesting season.
Dave Gibbs what a lot people don’t realize that this a long term investment . I plan on enjoying this place for a very long time . When you find the right person to share your life with , for me it really doesn’t matter what’s ownership is in my name or Lyns name . I’ve been there done that , Lyn and I see the world through the same lens for me that’s what it’s all about . I couldn’t be any happier . I lost my brother in law last year to cancer he was only 48 . You can’t choose when your time is up so start getting after your dreams everyone we only have one life to live and I’m sorry to say your not taking your money with you after your gone . Thanks for watching our videos.
As a many year builder, I appreciate your updates! I recommend you keep the job site cleaner if possible. It makes the whole process more bearable. Maybe get a tractor in there to do a rough grade of the entire area around the villas.

Awesome project Anthony. Hope will be able to visit someday when I go back to my hometown in Bohol. By the way, I am also a Boholana (a lady from Bohol).
Thanks for sharing your beautiful home improvements. And is there any land for sale around your area? Or did you a realtor on buying properties for sale? Thanks for all the information. God bless you both and your family, 🌸💐💐💐🌸🥰 from all of us here in Tennessee
There are many lots for sale near to us , I did not use a realtor I found this property online and bought it direct from the owner . Most real estate agents here are useless . I had worked with a few in the beginning and we were just spinning our wheels with them . Many of the properties they were showing us the owners didn’t want sell . To find a true deal or gem you need to get out there on your own or network with someone like us or other locals . Best advice i can give is to first decide where you want live , then narrow it down to a specific location or a street then network with the people on the street or barangay .
I didn't think that could be done with seeds from the USA, but I do prefer the larger varieties of tomatoes if they have flavor. Much of the produce here is very small.
Hi Lyn & Anthony just interested, why your house under construction is getting built (part/functions) on 3 separate locations. I mean they are far apart from each other.
Hi Anthony and Lyn.the villas are looking good.you have a beautiful property there.is that coral rock.it looks great and can be used for garden features just giving you some help full hits Lyn and Anthony OK but alls good. when are you heading back to the states.and can I ask what work you do and do you own your own business.me I'm a career for my mum and CJ.but I am by trade a car detailer.i have work for Mitsubishi and ford and small car yards cleaning and detailing there cars for sale.also I love doing that work and love being out side also I love working in the garden at home.my new project witch is up on my channel at the moment is a dry creek bed with two ponds one small one and one medium pond so far nearly finished but alls good I will do another video soon.I just need to landscape the back area of the pond at the bottom and put a submersible pump in so I'm a little behind myself at the moment will get back into doing little bits on the ponds had to put water in the botom pond and let the water settle a bit and make sure the silicone sealed the joins properly and clean out the dirt and leave and then drain the bottom pond but alls good so far alls going good. Have a great Easter 🍬🐰🌺 thea Lyn and Anthony and you your family's our best wishes Scott, Arlene and baby CJ happy Easter xxx
Hi guys I’m returning back to the states in July , i have to get back to work then I’ll be back here dec 1 . I hope to get Lyn and the kids to USA next year for vacation . I sell real estate back home . I love doing outside work I’m looking forward to cleaning up the property when the construction is finished
Where did you just move from? And why? It's. Or the safest place to take your family. Also wait till you feel a strong earthquake! Just your white skin makes you and your family a target. Drive by on moped happens all the time there. Just doesn't make mainstream news.
Oh my gosh the contractor in the Philippines are awful, I build a little house in Luzon Pampanga thank goodness now is finished but the stress chasing the contractor to finish is off oh boy, I told him that I will take him to the barangay then court if he won’t finish. My advice to you Anthony you have to be on top of them otherwise they will play games on you.
Nice location. Close to the beach and lots of plants and trees for sure it will really look beautiful when its done.

Can you grow new plants from the seeds your tomato plants produce
I have yes .
