- Trump sounded off to the media during a brief recess today in his New York hush money trial after the judge fined the former president $9,000 for violating his gag order nine times.
At the close of the session on Tuesday, Trump spoke to reporters, calling the gag order "unconstitutional" and claiming that the trial was orchestrated by the Biden administration.

Violating a court order leads to criminal contempt. That makes it a violation of bond.

I don't think you quite understand that not how it works when you're under secret service protection the idea even if a former president is found guilty that the secret service will allow them to go to prison the secret service cannot because the secret service is bound by law that every former president get secret service protection for life. What that means irregardless what you think of trump the secret service cannot protect any former president or anybody if they're in prison.
The secret service authority supersedes all judges sentencing authorities because they cannot safely secure somebody in any prison. Therefore at best all the judge can do is send it to him or any former president to house arrest they cannot even legally put a ankle monitor on at someone the secret service is protecting. Because somebody could track them therefore the secret service is not going to be allowed to put an ankle monitor on Trump or anyone that they are in service to protect. Therefore there ain't going to be no real house arrest. if you was to find a former president guilty of anything and the secret service does their job under what date swearing of today then no send it to judge gives will the secret service take seriously. Therefore it's very doubtful that they would be any real consequences other than a fine.
