- In a show of support for former President Donald Trump, House Speaker Mike Johnson spoke with the media Tuesday outside the New York courthouse for Trump's hush money criminal trial.
Tuesday marks day two of testimony from Michael Cohen, with the prosecution expecting to continue with their questioning of Trump’s former lawyer and personal fixer.
But there’s also a possibility that defense attorneys will start their cross-examination, and that is where we could see fireworks inside the courtroom.

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment disqualifies those who have already held a public office from holding "any office" if they participate in an "insurrection or rebellion" against the United States.
That includes, AOC, The squad, Maxine Waters, Nasty Pelosi, and many more democrats from the highest level to the lower level in state and government seats.

Facts: Michael Cohen, individual #2, pleaded guilty and served time in prison for the same crimes, on behalf of individual #1, Donald J. Trump. The Trump organization was already convicted on 17 fraud felony crimes in 2022. Allen Weisselburg, Trump's chief financial officer, pleaded guilty to 15 fraud felony crimes and recently pleaded guilty to perjury during Trump's fraud civil court case in where Trump is liable for hundreds of millions of dollars for multiple fraud crimes.
