@@projectcarrescue I would definitely put that standard console in your 4 speed car, just leave the SS emblem on it. Maybe even turn it into a SS clone, if you want. Some 0000 ought steel wool, or a damp S.O.S. pad, will clean the base of that console, and your other chrome trim up quite nicely.
It’s gonna be AWESOME. I have quite a bit of metal to replace first though. I’m currently editing a VERY long upcoming video showing how I rebuilt the whole back half of the frame. Thanks for watching! I appreciate you!
