Hi . Just received mine and I have it all hooked up but my water is not flowing out? I have the same tub. Hooked it up the same way he did. How long does it normally take for water to flow out? My filter is filled with water also
If the water is not pumping and flowing at a good rate, it is most likely that you have air stuck in the chiller. This trick fixes it 99% of the time. If it does not, please notify us so we can give further direction. Find the “outlet” hole on the chiller. This is the hole that is NOT connected to the filter. Follow the tube that is connected to the outlet of the chiller toward the tub. At the inside hole on the tub that this tube is connected to we want to push water backwards into the chiller. You can do this by placing a hose up against this hole on the inside of the tub and turning it on. Allow 30 seconds for it to fill the chiller. Once the chiller is backfilled with water try turning on your chiller again and it should start pumping water.

Any instructions on the WiFi adapter? Is there an app to control this so it is ready for a plunge at the right time?
