VIRAL TIKTOK PASTA | BAKED CREAM CHEESE PASTA | HUNGRY MOM COOKING

Ever heard of this pasta trend from TikTok? It's originally called Feta Pasta since it uses Feta Cheese. I made another version using cream cheese (which is easier to find in most grocery stores here in the Philippines) and cherry tomatoes, which are baked together and mashed until a thick and creamy sauce is achieved. A definite must-try!

Would i be able to substitute Roma tomatoes? I grew so many this year

Lol so to answer my own question, yes you can substitute Roma or bigger tomatoes if you don’t have any small ones (cherry/grape) on hand. Just make sure to chop into large pieces and set in the oven maybe 2-3 mins less. The taste is not much different
