In all honesty hindi maganda yung model unit. Yung 4 rooms sa 2nd floor mag share sa isang bathroom. Pero in fairness maganda yung place. To future homeowners here, LOT na lng bilhin nyo tapos kayo na magpa gawa ng bahay. Anyway, may improvement na finally sa pag video. I guess nag hire ka na ng legit videographer. Keep up the good work 👏👏👏

How about good quality hospital especially if people are buying the properties are retiree they want convenient quality healthcare so that they don’t have to travel far and beat the traffic. Also school for kids
