it's literally unbelievable and amazing that this beautiful channel loves rayman much more than ubisoft pays much more attention to rayman and now ubisoft is only attentive to only the damn rabbits. anyway i love you rayman universe keep it up you are a crack bro :)

Well it's quite funny that Mario outfit actually appears in Rayman Legends on Wii and Nintendo Switch versions. So probably this happen someday ( Then of course Ubisoft release next Rayman title which is not going to happen soon, so... )

@@OrangeTheAlienAthlete4095 Speaking of a movie, take a look at the CGI animated trailers for Legends. That looks like a freaking Pixar or Dreamworks movie in itself! Plus Rayman has the hilarious humor and wacky characters for a film! Not to mention a movie could really help boost Rayman's popularity right about now. I think a tv series is more likely to happen than a movie if they ever planned on it, though.

Rayman 3 is still my top 3 most favorite games of all time. I played it to death as a kid and I still think it holds something unique that I haven't found in nowadays platformers yet... I really, really hope there will be another 3D adventure one day. Rayman deserves it!

I think Ubisoft is starting to care a little more about him now. But we'll see if they'll actually consider on making a new Rayman game in the future if the DLC proves to be a success. Heck, I'd really love a remake of both 2 and 3 *(especially since I never played 3).* Other game characters got remakes on the Switch, it only makes sense for Ubisoft to at least give us a remake at least.

After Rayman Redemption i really believe that the future of Rayman is more in the hands of fans than Ubisoft themselves...
Rayman 1 by far is one of my most beloved and remembered games from my childhood. The gameplay and level design is so incredibly unique, I want another game in the same style sooo bad. It had a difficultly spike that I distinctly recall, but even as a 1st grader I was eventually able to overcome with practice. I REMEMBER struggling so much with the rock men who would throw boulders at you lol and I remember when you got the ability to run with the 'O' button, I was so excited! Oh and who could forget owning a Ps1 and your parents not ever buying a memory card so you couldn't ever save any game progress you had made BUT with Rayman they implanted magician hats you could walk to In the beautiful overworld map and it would give you a code to write down in one of your school paper notebooks to enter in on the start menu and it would let you unlock all the levels up until that point. Didn't save any of the purple blueberry boys from their cages [can't remember what they are called but it's on the tip of my tongue ughh] but it did give you a rudimentary way to save level progress. Which as a kid with no memory card, this was amazing and just as good. I didnt beat it as a kid but i do remember years later after the internet was a thing and looking up all the level codes and going back and getting to play the later levels that I didn't have the skill to get to as a child. Omg and the bosses! Simply a blast. THE Lava Scorpion or my absolyte favorite: The huge Saxophone you had to fight! I played on the ps1 and those sharp and bright pixilated graphics and their rich vibrant saturated color palette, still hold up to this day in my opinion. I think so too that I'm able to say that, for the most part, without wearing rose colored-glasses or having much of a nostalgic bias. I just think that game stands the text of time and woild be an absolute hit today if it were to come out. I love the look of artstyle from. RAYMAN 1 better than any of the later entries and I would hope to see something along those lines being implemented if they were to do another game or even a remaster of the 1st! I'd throw 100 dollars easily at a remake physical copy of that game lol I never got into later entries in the franchise and being younger up until this very day I never understood why they didn't ever look as cool or played anywhere near the same as the first, I always thought they were making a mistake during his rebranding for 3D Rayman. OG Rayman is the best Rayman! Who else remembers everything I said or have similar experiences and memories as a kid in the 90's???

Beautiful video, I've been very pessimistic about the future of Rayman, but now I can say that Ubisoft is doing a great job with the upcoming DLC for Mario + Rabbids 😜

I really like the name for Rayman universe because it lines up with origins and legends. First we get Rayman origins, then we get Rayman legends and now Rayman universe.

Rayman for the PS1 was the first game I ever played and it is the reason I make video games today.
Rayman Legends is and will likely remain for a long time one of the best 2D platformers ever created. The movement is so fluid, the animations have so much character, and the art is top notch. Playing in co-op is a blast too. I hope we get another some day. They built a fantastic engine for it. I have studied how they did different parts of it, like how they achieved the perspective effects and whatnot. It is a game made by passionate people with love for their craft. I want more.
Sooo cool video, but does this actually mean anything? I mean, we know Ubisoft is gonna do something with Rayman now and I understand not wanting to show anything of yet, but I feel like this is just stirring up hype for something we’re still unsure on.
I mean, there is an upcoming Rayman show called Rayman and the Moldies, so Ubisoft possibly intends to bring him back again.

I was sadly late to the franchise starting off with R3, but managed to get a copy of the first later to experience the joy/pain of the original. Got Rayman M later and both Origins games which were hugely fun. Would love to see this make a return to form!

The 1st Rayman game in 1995 have a Remake or Remastered, maybe Rayman's own Movie on the big screen like Super Mario did, or maybe a brand new Rayman game with Unreal Engine 5.

If by some miracle we do get a new Rayman game, I want it to be a 3D title. Origins and Legends are great, sure, but that's two titles akin to the first one. Now I'd like something more along the lines of 2 and 3.

I know I might sound hopefull but i think Ubisoft kinda knows the fan want a Rayman come back, like they first seen how the fans wouldve reacted to a dlc with Rayman and then make a new game of the fan reacted positively to the dlc, if that isnt fan service idk what is cause Ubisoft couldve just made a new character for sparks of hope dlc but instead they used Rayman

Rayman needs his own game again. The legends and origins ones are good but we need one where its just him doing his own thing like in the past. it'd be so cool to see what they do with him in the modern gaming world. just... keep the rabbids to a minimum.
