It's just drunk people gebberish with a "joke" at the end based on an idiom expression not worth the translation. - And then I see the kid (gamine so a girl), you know what I say to her? - No ? -I put the axle in front of the holes (the idiomatic joke part) he says "j'ai bien mis l'essieu en face des trous" that refere to an expression "Avoir les yeux en face des trou"" so the joke is : he replaced "les yeux" (the eyes) within the expression by "l'essieu" (axle) mechanical term

While I love the goofy and lively voice Douglas Rand gave for Rayman in Legends, David Rasmond is definitely my favourite voice for Rayman.
