I think you need a bigger unit that you can shut a section down when it’s slower , when I ran a bar in California I did that and it worked , on a busy night people don’t want to be nuts to butts

I think the best content comes when you are in the right mood, by reducing the frequency of videos, you get more downtime to do other things, that can also keep you from being occupied in the bar, so when the feeling is right and you feel like spontaneously doing a live, it would be great. I totally support that idea. At the end of the day, you've got a big user base now, and let's not forget that a lot of *RUclips* time is also spent replying to every comment (not just doing daily videos).

I've had a shit year, my health has deteriorated, I split from my Thai gf, my aunt died, then whilst I was in Pattaya, in December my mum died. There were a couple of highlights, met you agian in the lounge, met Micheal too, also met a few other youtubers, one who says keep smiling. 😊 So 2025 cant be any worse. 😊

About the Buzzin Lounge i never came yet but it will change in 2025 since i'm relatively new member i think personally you should stay like is it now because if you go bigger unit everything gonna cost more rent , electricity, etc... and what i'm seeing in other video youtuber that's like Walking Street is changing with more Indian, Korean, Russian customer so i think the people gonna go more in Gents bar like you in soi chaiyapoon your will be more busy even soi6 is changing lots of peoples walking but they don't stop for drinking it's high season but it's quiet over there so that's why you will be more successful with Buzzin Lounge and with Beer and Michael and the girls the way you managed them it's like a big family i see with the livestream how's the girls react they enjoy, they are happy they have fun and that is always a winner Trev me i always says to my guys if everyone is happy the work is more efficient because they feel part of the team family they are not just numbers so i think you are all fantastic people and i can't wait to see you in 2025.
