I'm missing something. I've tried flipping. Project management said no flipping on their lots. Found affordable mobile homes to flip.owner stated" you can't repair it here. It must be moved as is off the property " . I'm running into dead ends every time I try.
It’s because your black & your a female if you have a husband or brother or cousin you should partner with them and have them do all the interaction with management it’s more of a male Dominating industry.
I seriously don’t understand how this channel doesn’t have over at least 200,000 subscribers-you have a great content- very approachable-and great knowledge-I bet there are a lot of naysayers and haters “you cant flip mobile homes for good money” but it’s like Ronnie Coleman said “Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy-ass weights” lol keep up the good work - HBO 😂💀

@@FlippinMobileHomes Your channel isnt in the millions because it’s real and works- my buddy has a RUclips channel called Unwrecked where he repairs wrecked cars and he’s really good at stuff- he makes affordable cars for people and I think he’s barely cranked out 20,000 subs… meanwhile you have that guy Whistlin Diesel who literally blows up trucks and waste money and he’s got millions of subscribers- I think with RUclips you have to be stupid to become successful 😂

It is our home, no interest in selling. sold to us for 70k in 2007, Zillow listing has it for 300k now. (we live in Florida). two weeks ago we purchased another much smaller($13k) with lot rent ($265) for a family member and we are fixing it up as a labor of love. They are on a fixed income. I am seeing equivalent selling anywhere from 30-50k variably. This got me thinking and so I have started to do obsessive research. I came across you and a few others and the numbers I hear being tossed around just seem to good to be true. But as I do my digging I can see the math adding up. I am not a handy man but I am handy and did two years as an electricians apprentice, I have been working survey and engineering for a company now for 8 years. the money is good but not great. I am always on the look out for new investment opportunities within my budget. I can not afford a lot but this seems doable. I am watching a lot of your videos. I feel like you are answering all my questions. however a couple things do not seem plausible in my area. $1000 Trailers do not seem to exist. I am not sure what questions to ask, Nor am I sure where to start. I definitely do not want to quit my job unless I am confident in this. What would you suggest? I feel like right now all I do is think about it. However this is normal for me, I get into a lot of things that just do not pan out.

Wow, I checked into doing this last year. I’ve watched a few RUclips videos and contacted one for training but their fee was $7,000 for what I could potentially do on my own. Glad I didn’t do it!
