Y'all! This new store is bonkers. I'm super pumped to have a new location to add to the weekly arsenal. Did anything catch your eye? When I was a little girl, every few months I'd take my mom's button jar and spill all the buttons out onto a jelly roll pan and play Button Beauty Pageant.

I love your button review! I have a big box of buttons that I like to go through every now and then. I use them to fix things and for eyes for plush frogs (I fill them with dried kidney beans for sensory goodness)

I think it's definitely the Thrift God who prices things with magical writing. I have an image of him looking like Zeus, kind of angry in the clouds with a beard but also benevolent to those who have faith in the thrift.

@@KathleenIllustrated ok i maaaaaaaaaybe went to goodwill and i miiiiiight have come back with a cute chunky spring colored sweater, a little western style plaid button up (bright colors and shiny snaps), a floaty light pink skirt with the cutest little gold hearts on the outer layer, and a phone case i've had in my amazon cart for 2 months ! ....and also some matching hand painted ceramic frames that will turn into a mother's day gift.... all for 18$
praise to the thrift gods!!!! That phone case is such a cool snag!! 😭✨
