Nice of you to collaborate with another channel. Regarding Kumari Kandam , linking it to Lemuria or comparing to other sunken continent is not proper. Kumari kandam is an extended land mass south of India which included the present day Lanka and other small islands like Mauritius. We lost a great deal of this land mass due to subsequent deluges at various time periods. Our Tamilnadu shoreline was also a victim where we lost the great port city of Poompuhar. Marine archeologist Orissa Balu has done a great deal of research in this field and is positive that there is indeed a land mass beneath the Indian Ocean.
