if you watched the TV show you would see the keeper was with the Flamingo since the moment the flamingo hatched So the keeper was imprinted upon the flamingo and she runs to the keeper every time. Adorable

Yeah if you want to have a job like this, Id recommend you start volunteering at your nearby zoo of your choice and eventually transition into a bigger role and using your education as leverage for hiring.
