tank games are usually "camping" it ain't a battle royale game where you have to rush directly into the enemy, it's more like a tactical game. And don't forget he's playing alone so moving around isn't easy
Then by your logic everyone in the game should just stay in spawn and just look at enemy tanks and allow them to spawncamp them cause the enemy tanks are tryna do "unique things" just say that you are a noob and that you probably shoot the sky and not the enemy tank and than you blame the entire tank crew
