How to get the Shadowforge Key

Because the annotations are long gone:
Getting the first quest:
1:21 - Accept the quest "dark iron legacy"
1:28 - click through the dialog of the ghost
1:33 - complete the quest
Inside BRD:
2:39 - you need to complete this "boss fight" to open up the way up.
6:00 - kill and loot "Fineous Darkvire", to get Ironfel
7:20 - use the altar to get the key.

How to get the Shadowforge Key,
You can do this with a group around level 55, but if you are level 80, this will be easy.
Do you also want to get Molten Core Attunement?
