Do you guys think we should be able to recycle spark of ingenuity gear? At this point in the patch I think we should be able to do what we want with sparks and recycle them as we please, not sure if it is an oversight from blizz or if they like restricting us for crafted gear.
We should be able to recycle it yes. Also they could add another currency for it like primal chaos. 2-300 chaos for 1 spark should be okey really. But then again im all for the playstyle of letting people who devote many hours into the game also access to good gear quick. People who are only able to lets say play 3-4 hours a week..They shouldnt get everything as easy as someone who plays 20 hours a week. Just my 5 cents on it.
@@Knasern 385 is not good gear. And if i play 2-3hours and doing +20 and mythic raiding yes i should be able to get everything at max ilvl. Time has nothing to do with it.

Wtf has 385ilvl to do with how fast you obtain gear in a certain amount of time you put into the game. If you do +20 keys and raid mythic you will ofc obtain good ilvl gear. We are talking about sparks. You want everyone to be high ilvl geared with little to no gameplay? GL in mmorpg..Sheeesh
i cant confirm, but i like to believe this is true, ive gotten 3 sparks from those rares by doing daily kills on em. I just do it before i go to work and they are always up at the same time so its a quick 5-6 min thing for me rather then trying to do it mid day and having to wait for the spawn timer.
As someone said in the comments do Rares, the 30 min spawn one. There a WA that helps you to track them and it has a timer. So far i dropped 4 bottles = 4 sparks but i did almost the full rotation of rares for like a week
If I read Wowhead right, dirt doesn't drop bottled essence, but expedition scout packs and magic chests can (presumably). The 3 I've managed to get so far all came from rare mobs spawns though. Also, I would absolutely not waste 2 weeks worth of vault on one.
I have looted a spark a week from various content on main Kalcifur-Eldre'thalas, you can see basically half my gear is crafted, have two pieces that I'm not using anymore due to embellishment restrictions. All I've done while playing dragonflight is M+ (~8 per week), Heroic raid clear, mythic prog (3/8 now) and killing rare mobs. Just hunt the rare clusters in Azure Span (Brackenhide and Imbu) and Ohnara (Nokhudon hold), you'll see one roughly every 60 rare kills. Takes about 2 minutes to kill a rare for me as a tank so for a dps it should be 45ish seconds, easy.
Heard from multiple people that Blizz made an unoffical hotfix few weeks ago on dirts and chests. I got one spark from a dirt when they made it random drop from like 8 dirts or so, then none for a week farming dirts and chests. So I stopped farming em and only do super rares (every 30 mins) and rares from top left of Azure Span, Cobalt Assembly, Ohnari Plains top left, Obisian Citadel rares and the storming rares. Seems like best chance.

@@pumptastic I got the image up all good but having some issues with conditions and triggers getting it to function around Time Warp cooldown like yours. I've linked the trigger to Time Warp and it shows when it's off cooldown currently but was hoping to have something like yours where when it has 20 seconds left on CD, it'll show but with a timer

I tried rares (30 min ones) 10+ spawns per day for over a week. 2 weeks of full clearing the raid on normal and heroic with a few mythic bosses. Then did 30+ m+ got it on week 3 end of heroic raz. The drop rate on them is pretty lame.
I just killed one rare in Tyrhold and got an extra spark, also from Terros mythic I got one aswell. So 7 sparks for me right now, I think killing rares is a better way to farm sparks.
Definitely seems like the better play, kill the 30 minute rares every day and do it that way. Treasures definitely aren't the way to go about it if you just want a spark, haha
Why are people farming sparks? Since they went farmable, I’ve found 3 just raiding and doing m+. I have no use for them though. What are people still needing them for? You can get them from the coin vendor btw
@@pumptastic oh I know. I have 5 418 crafted items. But after that, what’s the point? Only other thing I could do is re craft some items to make swapping specs easier
@@HOBOTw1tcH why wouldnt you want to continue crafting 418 gear if you dont have slots with 418+, some people have 415 gear they cant get upgrades for so 418 is just a little bit better with optimal stats.. its not hard to figure out why more sparks would be useful for people ...
@pumptastic i farm super rares about 10 a day + clearing LFR +Normal raid + few mythic+ keys (about 3-5) weekly and clear Full Mythic dungeon once a week and I get around 2 Sparks per week that best u can do.. sorry but wasting 2 weeks worth of tokens on this is highly not recommended unless u are full build and fully socketed. Gl =) I farmed so far over 16 sparks
If I were in the early stages of character prog it might be worth it, but I can't be asked to do those farms at the moment. I don't have many upgrades from vault left to hit, if you were at a mid level progession where vault is very valuable then for sure, farming the super rares and whatnot might be worth. 2 weeks of vault definitely feels terrible to convert for one spark. I've hit one spark from dungeons & I am constantly pushing dungeons a lot, drop rates are rough
Massive nerfs for dirt I think, didn't get any from those but got 6 sparks for my characters (3 on main, 2, and 1 on alts) farming 30 min rares, brackenhide, and obsidian citadel rares daily. Only gotten 1 from m+, running like 25 dungeons a week.
Yup, strong feeling that treasure farming got shadownerfed really quickly upon release, the brackenhide rare strat is the way to go for target farming sparks
I have dropped one spark from dungeons, seen 2 drop out of ~50 dungeon runs. Chances are still really bad, but over x amount of time raiding + dungeons will give you some

Tracks my personal lust, mage gets their own lust around 4 to 6 minutes after lusting so if you miss it your damage is bricked, hence why it's in the middle of my screen. Haha
plz never buy a spark for 12 tokens farm rares, do dungeons and raid for them the 2 sockets you get for these 12 tokens are 100% worth more than the spark
eh i think you should just spam m+ or raids. that's where I have had by faaar the most sparks drop on my chars. world content i have got like maybe one
There are maps to the actual battle pet shards that drop from the treasures first before you can get them as random drops from treasures. Also have to be jewelcrafting to make them, but you can also request them to be made from the public order system if you aren't jewelcrafting and that works fine
Drop chance for them is definitely brutal, sucks that so much character power is locked behind it. Sounds like the odds are best on the super rares, but even still you can go unlucky
Getting into professions late in Dragonflight kinda sucks. It is just weekly progression, and there aren't really catch-up mechanics for professions. Really fun to get into right at the start of an expansion but getting into it late could definitely suck
Check public orders as often as you can and take orders immediately if they will increase your skill. I was stuck at 80 as a ring crafter in JC and had to do this to get to 100.
Yeee, farming gold requires niche knowledge and even then you're almost never going to beat a gold per hour of an actual job, if you're farming gold your objective should be having fun. Lol

The 30 minute rares apparently have the "best" chance for spark drops. There are WAs for the spawns :)

The storm's fury bosses dropped 1 each on my alt every time I did them (like 2 times a week bc lack of free time) always check that

You should also Taken the Raremobs all 30 minutes, the chance there is pretty okayish

Crafted 418 gear, recrafting BIS embellishments, etc. Filling slots at 418 is really underrated

Ive had 3 essences drop in lfr over 2 weeks for 3 chars. Might be dumb luck tho idk.

so 10 hour for 130k gold - 180k cost token and token is 20€ thats not good labor
