This home was owned by Cara and Lorry Lichtenstein. Lorry was a trader, principal at Blue Capital Group, LLC. Lorry originally listed the home for over $13M but finally settled for around $6M. The buyer’s plan was to demolish the house and rebuild on the site.

Awesome video Kaizer. It's a shame such a huge house couldn't have been lived in more.

Weirdest part about the people that own these houses is that they don't spend a lot of time in them

Exactly all that money but they hardly spend any time must be because they're so busy if I lived in that I would stay in their forever lol

Interesting new introductions. I see you got your equipment figured out now. People find it difficult to do the teo things st the same time. It's pretty natural for you.

The house in the video was sold and taken down. The people that bough it chopped down the trees and are building a bigger house. I really hate that because I live next to it.

I’m curious, what do you do for a living? I live in Chicago, and I’ve driven through Highland Park and Winetka a lot the last few years, daydreaming about moving there some day. You don’t move into a place like Highland park or Winetka working minimum wage, and I’d like to know what kind of job pays well enough to live there

@@sovietelmo3000i was working in those places long time ago. Lawyers, musicians, politicians, some contractors, authors, etc. Just remember from a few places. Big money.

I believe the city raised property taxes every year even in this house condition. Truly the government never loose money in theirs pockets.
