The state education level is ranked 48th out of 50 and lets not forget how people in charge of helping the poor with assistance actually gave that money away it to build a volleyball court for Brett Farves daughter. So Mississippi gets no aid, not because of the Federal Gov wont give it to them but because of the people running the state. Michigan?
