Can i reduce the sugar quantity because I don't like so sugar in cakes?

For the orange drip must the sugar and orange juice be mix with the mixture

You can just use orange juice to soak the cake. But for the glaze effect they should be mixed. Or spread warm jam/ jelly over the cake instead.

It forms a sort of crust on top. But not too firm. It sets 🙏 just mix a little orange juice with icing sugar. That’s it.
