I don't think this makes the plugin sound better, in fact I think it's the opposite, I'm a big fan of yours Thomas but I think this pedal doesn't contribute anything, with all my respect and admiration for you

Haha don’t worry, my setup will always be direct into PolyChrome DSP with zero hardware in the chain. But it is fun to try new things, if nothing else to confirm just how good our drives are

Thanks Alec, yeah I’m really happy with how well it takes pedals. I’ve had so many issues with software not working very well with hardware pedals in the past.

I really love Jeff Loomis’s music and guitar style. got to meet him after a concert. He did here in San Antonio Texas. He was a really awesome guy took pictures with me and my niece and sign autographs for us. A true class act, his pedal is pretty cool as well all my favorite effects in one box I might have to pick this one up

All Pedal makes some super cool stuff! I too love the aesthetics of this one. Did you try using the boost only to drive the preset a bit harder? Curious how that compares to using the Drive on the pedal to push the plugin.
I did, it’s a similar effect to Heatpressor but not quite as versatile
