I love The Last Word! .75 oz of Gin, .75oz of Green Chartreuse, .75 oz of lime juice (fresh squeezed please), and .75 of maraschino cherry liqueur (typically Luxardo is preferred)
Orange cake, with zest and even candied orange peal with a good quality gin with a splash of orange bitters would be fantastic! My take on an Abbey cocktail. :)

They're not but you can make them gf by subbing the all purpose flour for 1-1 GF flour
Could you use so otter type of alcohol like tequila?
I haven’t tried it but I think it should work!
Why vinegar
it reacts with the baking soda to make the cupcakes rise and be extra fluffy and light. And don't worry, the taste disappears
