The only reason for an RF LNA is to bridge cable los. And there you try to limit the bandwidth to your range and the amplification to your cable los. It is a bad design to amplifier all frequencies in direct front of a receiver, because you amplifier waves you do not want and these waves mixes with other not wanted waves at the first non linearity and creates a result spectrum which probably infers with frequencies you want to gain.
