I'm surprised to see all these negative comments about the non-tinted version of antishine because it works really well for me. I think I've found the perfect sunscreen and I'm not planning on replacing it. I have combination to oily skin and the sunscreen leaves a gorgeous matte finish and it soakes up very fast and feels/looks invisible on my skin. You do have to work with it quickly or just apply it on a certain area of your face at once because it dries pretty fast.
I’ve been using the non tinted anti shine one for about a year and love it, it’s invisible on my skin and spreads well. I’ve just bought a bottle of the invisible fluid (non tinted) due to a recent sample I enjoyed and I’m excited to give it a try, but I suspect I’ll use the anti shine one more this summer as sweat will only increase the sunscreen shine
I have the anti shine one and I don't like it at all... it's too heavy on my skin. I will keep it for the "tanning day". However I will buy the Shaka definitely for my daily used. I am a combo and textured skin.
I really love the anti shine one, it leaves a lovely non greasy base on my skin. It blens in well and looks fairly invisible. I can wear it without make up. I have a dark olive oily skin type though so quite different to you. It was interesting to see the colour variance on your lighter toned skin.
I had the same issue with the dry touch one too(the not tinted) and btw the non tinted version has the exact same texture and leaves a very bad grey tint on the face!! I wish they'd make a decent sunscreen for oily skin that has a watery texture but that doesnt contain alcohol :(
omg THANKU I was exactly looking for this comparison! im going to buy the tinted fluid next. I also have the anti shine tinted spf, and having the same problems with it, it doesn't spread and leaves me with streaks etc. I also do have the regular anti shine spf, and I can tell u the texture is beautiful! spreads really good actually, give it a go. I did find it leaves a little whitish finish, if u use make up its ok. for me too white, but if ur on holiday it would be perfect I think, the texture is elegant
I agree that both products did not spread well on my face, causing me to stretch my skin, which is not good, esp. the fragile skin around my eyes. The Anti-Shine has the consistency of paste.
Anti shine non tinted one is worse than the one you showed, it doesn't blend, it peels around hairs and it sits in your pores, I mean you will see little white dots all over your face. This was my experience with the non tinted one. O the other hand, shaka fluid non tinted one is the best spf I have tried. However I'm worried about the long term effects of it on my skin(because of the ingredients). If you find a better one with the same texture but better ingredients, I definitely want to try it💙💙
I have the exact same issue with the non tinted one and I hate it. It peels and accentuate my skin textured like her demo with the tinted version around my eyebrows.... I keep it for tanning day but I really don't like it. Will buy the Shaka one.
I have the non tinted anti-shine one and I can tell you it has the same texture :( it usually comes off by the edges of my face too, it's like it doesn't penetrate well.
@@fk8001 There are no dumb questions, there are only questions :D Sunscreen goes the last in your skincare routine, then you apply make up if you like :)
Before you apply the non-tinted of he antishine version rinse your face with water do not dry it well it will help cover and blend the product on your face .this is a great product especially for sensitive skin type!
I bought the tinted and the untinted version, because everyone is raving about them as if they were something out of this world. The tinted version is so dark omg. I wanted to give it to some of my friends or family (the tinted version), but no one of them is so dark. I mean… it’s 2022 and they (la roche posay) brag so much about their “innovations”. Jet they make an spf that makes me look like I smudged mud on my face 😵💫
omg yes!! it's SOOO dark but in every review it looks so light, wtf...I guess if I apply less and blend it really well it would be lighter but then I wouldn't get the same protection! I applied the same amount as I would with the invisible one and I look like I have liquid rust on my face💩
@@merimaljubijankic5536 yes, just be careful with what makeup you apply on top because oxybenzone degrades when mixed with titanium dioxide and iron oxides…which are found in most products:((( I used to set the Anthelios with powder because it’s stays too greasy for me, and now I need to switch my setting powder because it has titanium dioxide…it’s so annoying:/

Thanks for the video! Been checking some videos out but this one is really the best. Also love your accent btw ! (Kinda reminds me of a French speaker haha)
Thank you for this explanatory video regarding this sunscreen that I loved and I really want to try. I want to ask you, does it have only two types, meaning the invisible the colored (Anthelios fluide Teinté) ?????? ❤
I was considering to do the exact same thing. I love the texture of Shaka fluid but it leaves my face looking too tanned, too orange. The antishine doesn't keep my face from shining but suits my skintone better :(
You used two different skin type products. To make a comparison you should use the same skin type product imo. As it goes without saying tht the gel one will be with dry touch , opposite to the other one which is targeting the oily skin type. Much love.
Thank you :) I've whatched a lot of videos and still haven't decided to buy shaka fluid tinted. It looks incredibly pink/red on camera on looks like burned skin. Is it natural looking and doesn't change your undertone in real life ?
Hey! Because of the watery consistency it doesn’t leave that much colour on your skin, but when it’s on my face I can tell that my skin’s undertone is a bit more brownish, but nothing crazy ☺️ you can go for non tinted version if you want to look natural ☺️
do they irritate the eyes dring the day? i dont even mean the eye skin but like eyes itself as some sunscreens tend to irritate eyes after some hours of sunscreen being around the area

well, the shaka fluid contains alcohol, that means it can be drying for the skin, you might want to try the anti shine one, but maybe try non tinted one, because people here in the comments are saying that non tinted anti-shine is fine :)
hey! sorry I can't tell how it would look like on darker skin tones...But the shaka fluid should be less visible because the colour is not that intense as anti shine one

I really like it too. It gives me a little bit of a white cast but it’s not shiny at all!!
Agree. I guess the anti-shine one is good for moderate to very oily skin. I can't get away with invisible fluid, because it made me an oily slick.
People who complain that the sunscreen cracks with makeup, they must let it dry and continue with the makeup routine.
I love the skin care and I’m learning English and you speak clear and slowly 💗💗

@@fk8001 There are no dumb questions, there are only questions :D Sunscreen goes the last in your skincare routine, then you apply make up if you like :)
It’s the silicone in the sunscreen. Sunscreen isn’t meant to penetrate the skin barrier it’s simply a protective layer on top of ur skin
